As a big Initial D fan, this was a fun episode! Sayaka seems like a cool person to hang out with. Also, that's interesting that they have the melody road there. We have one here in California as well, in the town of Lancaster.
I live about 10 mins from that road, take it every time I head to Apollo Park. Great stuff.

not at all how i took her if you know japanese people well, she was very much showing her 'public side' here, we never got close to the real her. she was playing it up for the camera constantly, but her voice and attitude came across as a much much older woman's style. or a deep deep in the country girl.

The reason its not used to heck is prob bc its a show drift car, It can drift but not used for it. A lot of show cars are just parked there to show off. (Also is it a drift car? I didn't see it drift cuz I time skipped trying to find it)

One of my earliest introductions of Albo, were the videos with the female street racer student, Emu (The RX-7 owner), and the Wangan videos alltogether.
The best part about ALBO's channel, is that he continues to show the Japanese car scene towards an international audience, from the owners, to the cars themselves. Me, personally, his channel helped me strengthen my love for the JDM community and cars.

Was listening to Spotify today while driving and I discovered Xavier Wulf's Project X album.. Guy did a whole rap album based on the first season of Intial D. When I heard Mr Fujiwara's voice, I was like wtf is this sh*t. I had to listen to the whole album . Not bad but just thought how weird to come across something like this. 🤔 Love the channel Albo. This video was recommended to me by TH-cam algorithms. I'm neither a fan of JDM nor drift. Never heard about Initial D manga (even though I like the anime from Miyazaki). The slow driving of the 30-years-old Corolla was boring for me, I prefer Formula 1.
