Yea I have mouth sensitivity way up too haha. 100% that lighting will definitely help bc the darker it is, the grainier it could appear from the cam side. Thanks for the vid Dee!
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software? And is the program on the latest version? I haven't encountered that before :( If that doesn't work, I would contact the creator in the support link and see what they say

Hey, I appreciate the video. I have mouth sensitivity on max, but it still doesn't seem to help unfortunately. It's like I have to open my mouth unnaturally wide for it to actually track mouth movements. Talking normally does nothing 😢
If you haven't found out by now. It's emotion calibration by vseeface, you can calibrate it to be more responsive to your face. Although there should be default model rigged emotions already, you can activate them with Ctrl+Shift+F1 to F6 in vseeface software

Extra light doesn't help when you wear glasses. It makes tracking worst for me.

The position of your camera and your room lighting matters. But also the VRM file itself may be poorly rigged

You can't animate a tail without moving your body to make the tail move.

It sounds like the model itself is the problem. I would try re-exporting the VRM file, or fixing it in Unity

Are you on the latest version of VSF? If so, then the creator must have removed that option
