one thing that helped me fix a large issue was deleting and redownloading- initially, mine had an error where it couldn't run videos for tracking, but after redownloading it the issue was fixed. ik this is sort of a basic solution, but it is worth giving a shot!!
Is there a way to reset position of the VRM once tracking has begun? Rest location and Drag to change position is locked in VSeeFace
Hey thank you for making this tutorial, I was "trying" to use something else that just didn't work out, but this is overall sooooo much better. it's perfect for simpletons like me.
I always wanted to make a hologram ready video, and finally i can do my own dance!! No need to motion dl’s anymore!! I will turn mmd model to vrm and use this programs! Because in mmd you need to pay money for motion tracking and i don’t want to pay money, but i discovered this video and i am so much excited, thanks for making this video!!

Doesn't seem to work for me. If I launch VSeeFace first and then ThreeDPoseTracker, ThreeDPoseTracker won't pick up my camera, and if I do it the other way around then it will, but VSeeFace says it can't do face tracking because something else is using the camera. I have it set up exactly the way you have it in the screenshots.
I think you need two webcams one for Vseeface the other for movement tracking

This is so cool but out of curiosity is it possible to turn off some parts of the tracking? I know you mentioned that some parts will glitch out if not seen but I know in some tracking programs they do ask if you want to turn off some reference points.

There's an option for Upper Body mode in the settings that lets you turn off tracking for leggies

is there a place we go go for trouble shooting? the body tracker is using the camera and vseeface wants to use the camera and i do not have the tracking software listed as an input option so vseeface isn't moving. i have the ip addresses matching so thats not the issue veseeface is looking for an input

i'd say check your webcam first! make sure it is properly working and you selected that for threedposetracker. i hope this helps!!
if i want to track multiple people (a music band) - would it be that I need a camera per person?
i seem to have issues where three d pose tracker doesnt see any of my cameras
I've done everything in your video exactly and my model still is just t posing. Not sure where I'm going wrong. At first it was that the IPs were 1 number off, so I fixed that. However, it still doesn't track anything sadly. I'm not really sure what else to try.
ah :( it sounds like you have everything connected correctly- it could be an issue with your threedposetracker. make sure that you have the right camera selected, that it's picking up motions, etc. i hope you can get this to work!

I'm really confused. I rewatch your video many times and I rechecked on everything , it seems like I did everything correctly but it showed me the t pose. I did select the same camera
yea i tried setting up like shown didnt work for me either idk if was doing something wrong or what but looked like the pic...
Could this work if you use an iphone to track yourself? Or would you need a second camera? Would it work with a camera for yoir body and one for your face?
im not sure but i do not think so- from what i've seen the vmc protocol can only accept tracking from one place at a time but i havent experimented with it too much!

how many ram do i need and do i need a graphics card? im trying to make a video and my model is lagging
it wont sync into vseeface idk whats happening, the ip and port is the same on both but i have no clue what else is wrong
oof :( i'd say make sure vmc protocol is enabled and everything is updated. other than that im not sure :(

Mines having a stroke in the Vseeface, its going nuts and glitching around. not sure how to fix it
that happens to me even with out the mod (not as "nuts" as you descried it though) so might just be a vseeface thing

@@gachanight6090 ya it does that whenever you use a .exe that isn’t widely downloaded, so if u use the correct sites to download the stuff then ur good🫡

to get the tracking on mobile you need to buy the premium in-app purchase and then it works the same as on a computer (with the vmc protocol), hope this helped!
