- I Won a Prize for This Recipe! The Best Bakers Don't Know This Dough Recipe! This is the easiest recipe for cinnamon buns. All you need is a few simple ingredients. Anyone can make it. Award winning recipe for cinnamon rolls! Simple and incredibly tasty. I can’t stop eating them. The dough is like a fluff. It is so soft, it looks like a cloud! Nothing is better than freshly baked cinnamon rolls. I can’t resist their sweet aroma. The whole kitchen smells so beautiful. When I make them for my family, they disappear in 5 minutes. Try it and all neighbors will ask you for the recipe. I don’t buy expensive cinnamon buns anymore, I bake them! You can make these for cheap. A very affordable recipe. One of my favorites! Watch and repeat after me. It’s very simple. Cook with Pan Chleb and be happy! Easy baking with love.

Recipe and ingredients:
100 ml warm whole milk
4 g instant yeast
2 small eggs
50 g sugar
300 g bread flour
Sift flour
3 g salt
50 g melted butter (cooled down)
You can knead the dough by hand or use a mixer
If your dough is still sticky after a few minutes,
you can add one tablespoon of bread flour (12g)
Ready dough should be smooth and not sticky
Pour some vegetable oil into the bowl
Cover the dough. Let it rest in a warm place for 90 minutes.
Release the air
Shape the dough into a ball
Roll out the dough to get a rectangle
if the dough is thicker in one place, you can stretch it like that
50 g melted butter (cooled down)
Brush with butter
Don't brush the last few centimeters of the dough
100 g brown sugar
10 g cinnamon
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Roll the dough carefully, it is really soft and fluffy
Seal the edges
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts
I use a bread knife to make the cuts
Grease the baking form with butter
Stretch the dough and stick it under
Cover the dough and let it rest for 60 minutes in a warm place
2 tablespoons of milk
1 egg
Preheat the oven to 190℃, top and bottom heating
Bake for 16 minutes
Leave buns for a few minutes to cool down

What do u mean by bread flour! Its not the same normal flour we use??
Bread flour is different than all purpose flour (a regular wheat flour). It ranges between 12% - 14% protein, it means that it can absorb more water than a regular flour. Bread flour can be called strong flour. If you can't buy it, use all purpose flour. If the dough is a bit too sticky, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour. I hope this answers the question.
