15PM was destroyed with iOS 18 regarding thermal throttling/sustained performance + performance as well regarding iOS 18, but even iOS 18.1 beta 5 while improving it is not fixing it fully. Do a video comparison between iOS 17.7 vs iOS 18 and iOS 18.1 latest beta? Mostly actual sustained performance/screen dimming and temps than benchmarks (both in games and synthetics it shows). Will be interesting one, but I understand it's a lot of effort as well.

The Xiaomi 14T pro was such an extreme bargain for its price. It cost half the price (Cost $574 for the 512GB version, with free 45W Wireless charging included) of the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and yet, it's almost neck and neck in terms of performance level. Camera is amazing for the price (Although "gimmicky", it comes with a "Leica" collab, so you know what this implies). Not to mention, you also get 120W charger right out of the box (20-30 Minutes for a full charge), a free case to go with, and an additional 4 months of Spotify Premium (Pre-Order). Aftersales service? 2 Years of warranty, and 3/4 years of Android Update, and free 1X screen repair for the first year after purchase. Just astonishing.....
You forgot to mention the pre-installed screen protector. I have bought the phone and it's amazing with the exception of one thing, which is the weak vibration. I can't really feel it when it's in my pocket nor hear it when it's on the desk. I was disappointed by that since I use my phone on silent mode a lot, but other than that, the phone is a really a bargain for its price. I've done at least 5 runs per benchmark (not all directly after one each other), all at room Temperature, eliminated special high & low scores and got as average scores: Geekbench 6 Single: 2850 - 2950 Geekbench 6 Multi: 7250-7320 (with ONE exception !!! The first 2 runs after installing iOS 18.0.0 were somehow just about 6750-6900 and the third one somehow got 7590 (highest so far) ? So what are your scores and what do you think guys ? 😄👍 Nevertheless I think the raw performance is getting more and more insignificant, these chips are all (excluding the Tensor in case of games) fast enough. Apps open in an instant and all normal Smartphone games run without a problem across almost all devices. For gaming its definitely important but I think the right optimisation and efficiency is more important because battery life is that what matters to most people !
Unless it ships with a completely scratch proof screen, the anti-reflective coating on s24 ultra is merely another gimmick, because 95% of people use tempered glasses/screen protectors on their phones anyways. And these protectors come with the anti-reflective coating. So it’s not a “game changer” like many people believe it to be.
Benchmarks are a good way to see which companies are lazy and which ones improve with time, but all flagships are more than enough even 7 years in the future, so don't pick a phone based on a raw power number that can be manipulated and doesn't change anything for 99.9% of people
It would be great to see some benchmarks of sustained performance in gaming and other heavy workloads, some videos show a huge leap for iPhones when they severely throttled in the 15 series. Also can’t wait for the full battery test!

Funny thing is SD chipsets do well in 3d mark tests, but in terms of gaming android phones are bad, no games are optimized so what would you use that gpu performance for😂
Apparently its hard to judge the gpu by benchmarks, Geekerwan said in the A18 review that the A17 pro actually has a more powerful Gpu than the 8 gen3 which would also align with gaming performance (its not really like iPhone's have some magic optimization, there's real power behind it). Imo single core performance is more important than than most think

@@HG_Playz iPhone beats Samsung in all the categories lol. Poor Samsung kid spotted here cause he can’t afford an iPhone.
@@larshaver8561 point 1 i am not a kid
point 2 s24u starts at 1299$ and fold starts at 1799$
point 3 you have no knowledge
s24u was straight up crushing 15pro max in performance and camera and 16 is newly released but s25 is coming in few months from now.
s24 still beats it in terms of ecosystem, ram, software customization, ai features, zoom, 8k videos, better screen, faster charging, better 3x camera, 7years of os support.
NOW BRING ME FACTS KIDDO.
And people really compare 16 pro max to 24U saying 24U is the best. What a clown
Please do a review of the normal Pura 70 pro and iPhone 16. Trying to decide between them
14T Pro in Indonesia only 500 Euro, include tax, and 120 W charger.
The screen on the s24 geez it’s nice
Who noticed the Pixel was on 95% at the start of the test
I would actually like to have the Pixel 9 out of this lineup solely based on my experience with my Pixel 6a. It has been excellent for me. I do like the iPhones though. My trusty iPhone 11 is always in my pocket.
are you from South Africa?
You forgot OnePlus 12?
they literally downgraded the iPhone 15 performance for 16
you didn't tell the battery performance at the end ?? which is the best and whats the SOT for each?
I was waiting for this since a week. Are u ok nick ? U haven't been this late to putting multiple phones to their extreme limits ❤
Sorry bud, need in Barcelona with Huawei and then saw family in a different city 🙏
Benchmark - hey iphone it's time to get angry.
IPhone - That's my secret, I'm always angry 😂😂😂
What does this even mean
Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 is going to be released this month and is expected to beat the A18 Pro and also built in 3nm. Together with the huge batteries the new chinese phones will come, mostly 6000mAh, I think we can expect not only crazy performance but also new record breaking battery performance.
Also Android 15 is also a big step in efficiency.
i wish you added the honer magic 6pro too
Thanks for video bro
Really want to see battery test with 14t Pro.... on the fence with this and the pixel
The google 9 pro xl looks like it's gonna explode, it can't really handle the stress test well
hey nick will u review s24FE or no?
i'll wait for ur answer
The processor of the iphone is in the back top right side, so you have to flip the phone dude. 😂
even though Iphone cant keep up for at least half hour with heavy load but pixel can keep up to more than 1 hour without dimming screen or lagging in performance.
Google should get back with snapdragon, it's so much better than these tensor
am i the only one who doenst really care about these test? like, i use phones for about 23 years. But for the last 8 years or so, i really dont see any problems with speed or memory. The phones dont lag that much like 10 to 15 year ago... they are all fast and run great.
nice video but for android 8gen3 some performance phone should also be there like iqoo 12 etc that usually score above s24ulta or redmagic since iphone are the top models so why not a top performing snapdragon device
Currently watching on my 16 pro max midnight black
The best color imo! I just had to get the "new" color for thumbnails
Tests are just tests, it’s all about optimizations. And androids phones has the worst one
Antutu is the best of the benchmarks and the Dimensity 9300+ the king of Antutu.
Wow 217 000 for the mtk
💪💪💪💪
Bro, 16promax vs s24U vs OnePlus ace 3 pro vs iqooz9turbo+ vs xiaomi not 14pro+ vs noting 2a vs realme neo 6 vs ..... Battery drain 🔋 plZ❤
Antutu apps not optimized for ios device ?
antutu isnt a cross plataform...
Funny thing is SD chipsets do well in 3d mark tests, but in terms of gaming android phones are bad, no games are optimized so what would you use that gpu performance for😂
Playing the games for more than 30 min without lag unlike iphone
Apparently its hard to judge the gpu by benchmarks, Geekerwan said in the A18 review that the A17 pro actually has a more powerful Gpu than the 8 gen3 which would also align with gaming performance (its not really like iPhone's have some magic optimization, there's real power behind it).
Imo single core performance is more important than than most think
@@caydengonzales5495 iphones runs cool without issues. And are using way higher resolution. Android in mamy games max out at 720p. Iphone on low/mid settings are the same as android set on high🤣
@@lukabosnjak3829 also iphone run way better with higher resolution and only use like 60% of cpu and gpu, while SD uses 95%
The thing with iphone they try to optimize ever game for their phones
iOS 18.0.1 boosted the 15 pro max performance and it score 7095 multi core now can you please test again
Wallpaper link?
wow the s24 ultra screen
You havent reviewed Honor Magic 6 Pro
I'm waiting for you to test the battery of these smartphones
People say you cannot compare antutu between iOS and Android, and you fail to give a reason why you technically can... you have no idea why, "but at the end of the day you either get an iPhone or an Android"... what?
do a test with the red magic 9s pro please
Waiting for battery test though
why couldnt we get a test of the oneplus 12, thinking of buying it
I find it all amusing that many of the Samsung fans going on about how insignificant benchmarks are following this test, are probably the same ones laughing in the comments sections of Pixel 9 videos at how abysmal Pixels are in benchmark tests. And IPhone 16 users should be aware that even the S24fe toting an Exynos 2400e chipset has recently thumped their device in Ray Tracing Tests.
iPhone16ProMax is LPDDR5X memory.
as a pixel user it was harsh to see😭
(Joke, I'm pretty happy with my p8,cause I only game on console and pc,and as a phone to use as a phone I think pixel is pretty good)
