    Hello All our great subscribers and SPC Charter Members, this video will show you how you never need to use an ice scraper again. And for all those who deal with the love bugs problem in Texas, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana., that problem is gone as well. *****PLEASE NOTE: if you park indoors while at home and park inside while you are at work and you never have bugs splatter on your glass while driving then this is a procedure you can pass on***** We hope you enjoy and have a great weekend and we will see you this Sunday for our Sweet Review.*****

      Hey Sweet. Unrelated question. I have a 2015 silverado and the plastic along the windshield and hood cowl are a softer plastic. I have used many different products to reblacken and it doesn't seem to work. I actually have to be careful around it now because it scars easily. Any tips???

      Well, in 57 years I've made a lot of decisions both good and bad, I will chalk the decision to move to Florida permanently as the very best one I have ever made, for my family, myself and all of our great subscribers here at Sweet Project Cars. My heart does go out to those that are left there in that state :( I truly cannot understand how FL can be completely open, and MI is not, then again, I see who is in charge in each state and that answers my question. @@Jstro14 All cars should have defrost in the back, sides air defrost (right where you would look to see in your mirror), mirror and front with inglass defrost around the frame and air defrost. In my opinion you really shouldn't need to do this because most wear and tear is from cold start abuse, let your vehicle warm up and if your engine is warm before your windows it should only take one more minute but if you live in real cold climate then go right a head and do this trick.

    Hi Sweet Sir...thanks for the great tip again...I live in tropical Malaysia,no snow but torrential rain...if I ceramic coat the windscreen would the the wipers,over time, eventually leave the semicircle mark on the windcreen after the constant wiper swipes.

    • @SweetProjectCars
      @SweetProjectCars  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tony Ang windscreen or windshield glass is about 7 on the MOHS scale of hardness .. and our ceramic coating is a 9 on the same scale so you will be protecting your glass better than the glass can protect its self. so the answer is your wipers will not harm the glass over time. thanks, mike

    Suggestion for next time, wait until it is freezing outside, THEN spritz the glass. Looks like you got a dusting of snow, and wiped the untreated side with your hand, dry snow dusted off. The water spritzed on ran off, partially air dried, left a VERY thin crust of ice. If spritzed below freezing, you could have replicated freezing weather better.
