Hello to all our Great friends and subscribers we are pleased to share this video with you because it blew us away on how great it really worked...Quote of the Week: *“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you."*
Great job! My son would even go out for this method and he can be picky!

The Mothers method worked so great for my car that I've done about a dozen more for friends when I see those cloudy headlights and they are SUPER impressed!
Great to hear! That's awesome!! Thank you so much for watching and sharing, we truly appreciate it, hope you have a fantastic week and keep up the good work my friend. mad Mike & team

Wow, I will try this method on my next restoration attempt!!
Awesome! Glad to help mrwise! Thank you for the view and comment, have a great week my friend. mad Mike & team
I do my lights with Mother's every few months, but next time will definitely add some coating into the process as well. Thanks Mike and Julio Carlos Jose Estevez Lopez Gaetano Guerrero.
Our pleasure to share my friend! Thanks for the view and comment, hope you have a fantastic week. mad Mike & team
Much thanks. If you ever re-do this video, recommend that you point out early in the video that using old ceramic spray coating instead of water or quick detailing spray as the lubricant uses the heat from the friction of the polishing to embed ceramic into the headlight lens.
Thank you for watching and sharing, have a great day. mad Mike & team
Sgt. Schultz approved.
Awesome!! LOL, we're glad Schultzy would approve :) Loved that show! Thanks for the view and comment, have a great week my friend. mad Mike & team
Absolutely genius super fast method I'm gonna do it.
Git er done!! You will love the results my friend! Thank you for watching and sharing, have a fantastic day. mad Mike & team
How long does this method last? Also, do you have to use old ceramic coating or will the new stuff work also? That wasn't clear to me in the video. Thanks Mike, love your channel!
You can use new or anything you have on hand that you want to use up! Then for extra protection/lasting power, use this amzn.to/4dgPZaX Thanks for the view, have a great week. mad Mike & team
@@SweetProjectCars thanks Mike, you too!
❤it works great! I just tried it today
Awesome!! Thank you for watching and sharing your stupendous results, we appreciate it, hope you have a great week my friend. mad Mike & team
Been doing this since the first video back in the Michigan days.
Awesome!! Thanks for the view and comment, we truly appreciate it my friend, hope you have a great week. mad Mike & team
Great video as always.
I wish I would have used this method when I use to buff with 3M and Norton compounds on paint.i think it would have kept those products from flashing off and drying in patches on the surface
Thanks for watching and sharing George! Now you know what to do next time my friend. Have a great week! mad Mike & team
Well garsh, I have returned ‼️ Been awhile (years) since I 've watched or commented. In fact I remember the old video of headlights, and the 303 hack for rubber (did my trimming belt,, and yes it's still running strong at 325,000) you were still in Michigan. Coming down ST. Augustine in Aug. I'll be watching religiously ,,, ED from Ohio,, love the videos 👍👍
I was going to buy new lights for my '07 Tacoma. I'll do this and then make the decision to spend a little or spend a lot.
U'll be surprised in how nice they will look
Follow the video to a T, and make sure you use the exact products/tools shown, you will LOVE the results my friend. Thanks for watching and sharing, have a great week. mad Mike & team
@@SweetProjectCars Hello, that buffer set on Zon is not available. You have another recommendation or will those be restocked? What pad are you using for this process? Thanks!
I like it! I'm going to try it, they usually dull out after a little while unless you clear coat them but maybe the ceramic coat fixes that👍
You will love the results with the ceramic coat, then apply this amzn.to/4dgPZaX for some extra UV protection, it's fantastic my friend. Thanks for the view and comment, hope you have a great week. mad Mike & team
julios a smart guy. Never seen him in the vidoes though. Are you pressing down hard on the buffer or just light pressure?
Just start with a light pressure, you'll know if you need to add a little more pressure as you are doing the process. Just take your time, you'll love the results my friend. Thanks for watching and asking, have a great week. mad Mike & team p.s. Hoolio sends his regards :)
More slow-mo money shots (sprays) mike!
Wow came out fantastic!
It sure did! This method works great! Thank you for watching and commenting Greg, have a fantastic week my friend. mad Mike & team
Hmmm.
Might try it out.
I usually hit It quickly with 1500 then polish.
Done.
Give it a shot! Thank you for the view and comment Gabriel, have a fantastic day my friend. mad Mike & team
How do you know when to stop adding the Mothers and ceramic spray and then buff it off? Also-- how long does this last? I've used just the Mothers before but after a month or two the headlights are dull again.
It lasts for years, even here in the sun in Florida, and it lasts years because every 6 months we give them a quick wipe down with either of these amzn.to/4dgPZaX or amzn.to/2WQg0sB Thanks for watching and asking, have a great day. mad Mike & team
Could you provide information on how long the battery of the polisher lasts on a full charge?
It lasts long enough to do any project you will do. Hope this helps, have a great day. mad Mike & team
What happened with the Zephyr 40/Mother's mixture? That's what I've been using.
You can use whatever you like, we are always trying/testing new methods/products for our processes that make them easier and more economical in some instances. Thanks for the view and comment, hope you have a great day my friend. mad Mike & team
Great tip and video! Thank you Sir!
Glad it was helpful Geoff!! Thanks for the view and comment, it's always a pleasure, have a fantastic week my friend. mad Mike & team
thank you I'm new to your channel. question. is the factory clear underneath your work or did you remove it previously? Thanks
Mighty fine!!
Thank you very much Scott!! We always appreciate the views & comments my friend, hope you have a fantastic week. mad Mike & team
Does the ceramic coating ass UV protection?
Yes, it has some, but we use this amzn.to/4dgPZaX for extra UV protection. Thanks for watching and asking, have a great day my friend. mad Mike & team
Amazing Mike...Yet again as shown on The BLUE BOMBER so you know it is NOT A.I. , Just the real deal. I am ordering all your supplies right now from your link and Thank You.
Awsome!! Thank you for the view and comment, the Blue Bomber is coming along pretty well :) Hope you have a great week my friend. mad Mike & team
nice video do you need to apply protection after the mothers
If you want some added protection, we use this amzn.to/4dgPZaX Thanks for watching and asking, hope you have a great week my friend. mad Mike & team
Yeah, that’s pretty smart-the polishing compound plus the ceramic protectant turn into a fresh layer of unoxidized plastic on top of the original, and it’ll probably stay clear for longer. All it needs now is some UV protection
The ceramic coating has UV protectant in it, but we use this amzn.to/4dgPZaX for the best UV protection. Thanks for watching and commenting, have a great weekend my friend. mad Mike & team
Hello friend, I just tried this with the Mother's polish and Meguiars ceramic (blue bottle) and it looks beautiful! I used my battery powered Ryobi car polisher to buff it.
You still living in FL?
Awesome! Great job Tonyzee! We are still in beautiful FLA my friend with no intentions of leaving, we love it here, best decision we've ever made :) Thank you for watching and sharing, have a fantastic day. mad Mike & team
How long does this method last?
It lasts for years, even here in the sun in Florida, and it lasts years because every 6 months we give them a quick wipe down with either of these amzn.to/4dgPZaX or amzn.to/2WQg0sB Thanks for watching and asking, have a great day. mad Mike & team
Can you spray a Clear Coat on, after you're done shining?
No because they are too smooth now, you would have to stop before 1500 grit or less sandpaper for the new clear to adhere properly, and not all clear coats are the same unfortunately as well
They look Like new amazing. 🎉 I tried your old method on an 14y old Audi A6 with mothers. The headlights are brighter but not good at all. What would you think that i am doing wrong. Thanks
Thanks!
Thank you very much Peety!!! We truly appreciate the view and donation to our channel, hope you have a fantastic week my friend. mad Mike & team
Looks like you are using the slow speed 0-2800 rpm setting on the polisher. I thought the higher speed 0-8300 rpm might be useful for burnishing in the ceramic coating with the wool pad. Can this method be done with a cordless drill?
Would you use the orange pad from that amazon kit for a light that had more haze on it?
Do the video just as shown no matter what the headlight looks like, use the same products/tools we use and just have patience my friend. Some may take a little longer than others depending on the degree of haze. Thanks for watching and asking, have a great day. mad Mike & team
The BEST detailing channel by far! Julio is my hero😊 Thanks, Mad Mike!
We'll talk about killing two birds with one stone! You just nailed it 👍
That's something I've been putting off. I have both the mothers. Crimini, I just realized I said I have two mothers hahaha
Not the same machinery, mines an orbital which will probably go slower and be more forgiving.
Anyhow I gots to go Captain Mike and like a famous person said "I'll be back!"
Yep, just as you said. I did it and it turned out B-E-A-utiful! Absolutely killer tip. Thanks Captain Mike The Hammer 😃
LOL, Leonard, you're too funny!! Thanks as always for the view and great comment. You did IT!! See, I would never steer you wrong on a project, glad you got the sweeeet results we shared! Have a fantastic week my friend. mad Mike & team
@@SweetProjectCars Yeah, the wife said they look brand new...... now THAT'S saying something!

Im going to try this method.About how long does it last?
