You might be happy to know that in an NA 300zx, you dont really have to take off any coolant hoses or anything else. Just the right side breather tube, pump hardware and 2 lines to be removed. Everything can be accessed from the top and bottom of the car. Only took me an hour to do on my 300zx.
Yeah those NA versions are certainly less cluttered in the engine bay for sure. Besides accessing the turbos, I didn’t find the Z32 configuration all that difficult.

Hey where did you get the pump from? I see it was discontinued from concept z.
I sourced it from a random seller on eBay of all places. Freshly rebuilt and worked fine.
