I did this workout. Had to cheat hard on those dips 😅. Next week I'll do better. Update: Way more effective the 2nd time. Had a closer to optimal weight for each exercise to perform on my limit. And could therefore control the weight better. Dips were still sad though 😅 3rd week: more control, more dips, but not yet to 12 without pausing. 4th week: my chest has grown visibly. Now at the halfway mark for dips without pausing or cheating...😅
I'm not telling you how to run your channel bro but since you asked what do we want to see... can we get a little more depth some behind the scenes some lifestyle kind of stuff added to the workout kind of like how the magic happens maybe some vlogs. It don't have to be perfect Crystal Clear quality but sometimes the beauty is in realism. I definitely like what you doing you killing it bro but you know as humans we always want more
Upper chest truly is the hardest area to hit.Great workout.Always love the attention to detail in your videos.It truly is all about the technique of each rep.You want depth in every rep and in every exercise.The resistance phase of the rep should always be slow and in YOUR control.🙌🏻🔥🫡
