Welcome to another local business feature from Justin Pekarek, Realtor and Nona TV showing you what it's like to LIVE in Lake Nona. This week we are taking you inside an actual workout called "Tokyo Disco" at the local F45 Franchise along Narcoossee Road in Lake Nona, Owned by Ryan Thomas.
You'll hear from coaches Tyrell, Calvin, (Chris and others also coach here), Studio manager Jess, and many patrons on why they enjoy these type of workouts.
Nona TV host Lenneia Batiste also joins the workout to give her honest opinion of this strength training day.
F45 Fitness is a combination of Cardio, Strength Training, circuit training, HIIT High Intensity Interval Training, and all the while has a sense of Community because of its passionate members, and supportive coaches & Staff.
They even have meal plans to help you get fit for the 8 week challenge, that measures body fat percentage and muscle mass.
Lake Nona is a master planned community that has a focus on Health and Wellness, and this F45 Franchise is yet another example of why it's great to build a new home and live work play in Lake Nona.

I don't like this program. Too many people taking away focus on movements. I have my own routine.
    Don't need gimmicks or motivation.

when I did F45 it was nice to just come in and do the stations. The coaches don't bug you unless you need help and the partner you work out with can be motivating. It pushed me harder than if I were alone in the gym

@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor ok. I understand that. My belief is that maximum performance can only happen with total focus. And motivation should be self inflicted.
I don't understand how you can let someone tell you what is best for you. If you do the research, and know your body. you can do it yourself. That's just my opinion.
I can do ultra marathons easily at 65.
This routine would have never got me there. A structured program has limitations. My expected limits would never be commonly shared with others. They are not common. I set my standard above this routine.
