My sister Wilma, a single young lady bought this brand new exact 2-door model with the J-2 engine, and 3-speed transmission! Her's was white with that bright red top. WHAT A CAR!
Soft spot in my heart for these. My Dad had a ‘58 98. Autronic Eye, power windows and seats (a big deal back then) and curb feelers. This 88 two door sedan is less attractive than the Holiday Coupe which has no door pillars. This looks like a Dynamic 88, The Super 88 was the bomb.

Love the CHROME on the '58 Oldsmobiles! Thanks for sharing!
What a beautiful vehicle 😍 wow old cars 🚗 are the best rides ❤
My dad had this car re-painted. It was durable!
my '72 2-door Delta 88 ran like a champ for many years, sold it and the kid drove it for 7 more years till a Lady T-boned him .. I loved that car

Back when America was America
Love the oldies❤❤❤
What a beautiful beast!!!
This is my favorite 1958 Oldsmobile, the least expensive 88 2 door sedan. It has the least chrome of all the '58 models which I think looks the best.
The skirts were classic. 😊
I love this car I remember seeing it when I was a little kid
Comfortable ride❤❤❤❤
I had a "57 that had its 371 cu in engine replaced with a 394 cu from a '60.model
It had a 4 speed hydramatic.it could move!
Wow, 300,000 cars produced.
❤❤❤
Serious Detroit Iron!
A strange front Facia
Pineapple on Pizza ?
YUCK !
Did this vehicle inspire Ike Turner to write "Rocket 88," perhaps the first song of the rock 'n roll era?
Actu😢ally, the 1949 Rocket 88 inspired the song aa the song was released nin 1951
Oh zee mo
Nice car..fake voice..
This is why today's cars
Suck!
It's too red. Way too red
Beautiful car, but with all that useless chrome.
All of that chrome was popular in the 50's into the 60's.
@@hubertwalters4300 true. Harley Earl loved chrome.
Ugliest car until the Pontiac Aztek.
