    I know it's been said but I'm saying it again: I love that you actually post full, informational, new workouts! not trying to trash other youtubers but so many advertise themselves as a fitness channel when really they vlog and then show a sped up workout with not education for 30 seconds of the video. YOU ARE AN ACTUAL FITNESS CHANNEL AND I THANK YOU FOR MY SORENESS!

    One of your best girl, just did this and legs/glutes were FRIED💥
    Been lifting weights for 8 years now and you’ve transformed my body more in these past two months than I have my whole weight lifting past.       You can use an ankle attachment on the cables or a mini resistance band (around your ankles) to hit your adductors :)
      eg. place ankle attachment on left ankle and have the cable to your left, from there take your left foot (keeping toes facing forward) across your body!

      Stiff leg Romanian deadlifts as shown in this video work that part of the legs go heavy as you can 4-5 sets of 10-15 reps, 3 times a week use steps with a heavy dumbell to get deeper as it gets easier

      Joana Ferreira da Costa wide stance anything will engage your inner thigh, in most cases slow the contractions down. Wide stance box squat, wide stance jumps, wide stance deadlifts etc.. 👍🏾 guaranteed, but slow down and feel the contractions.... I train my wife the same way.

    This was the best leg day I have had in a long time. When I don't have a routine to follow, I tend to wander and do whatever I feel like, and not push to hit a set number of reps. This was so helpful!

      Hannah Tiu I had this same issue. Until I found out it was due to my FLAT ASS FEET!!! so I have to really focus on pushing my knees out & problem solved!

      When you do glute activation start with the weaker side first until you really feel it and it burns. Add a couple more reps then you do on your stronger side.

    I love these videos, I personally hate machines and don't like to use them since they are prone to cause injuries and not work your muscles as a whole, and machines don't help your stabilizing muscles. I salute you to being the only fitness you tuber that I know of that doesn't always use machines.

    You are amazing. I'm so jelly if your body. You gave me a lot of motivation to keep going at it. Sadly today my stomach was in a bad way when I was swimming and just had to quit on weights today and get to my blankets and hot water bottle. But I will work my hardest tomorrow. And I have to remember to be best friends with patience. So I just got to keep going and not complain if I don't see any changes. But thank you for showing me that and giving me motivation and help xx
