Jessie is such a great character. She's so full of emotions and depth. She fought through so many lies, manipulations, and mistreatments. Even though she's so strong and smart, all she wanted is love and acceptance just like everyone else.
I knew when I started watching Kyle XY that it had been cancelled and that the ending would suck. But I thought that as long as the series was good it'd be worth it. And it was. It just really saddens me to see a show that has an actual story, a message, depth and meaning get cancelled. This series wasn't just entertainment, it was a story being told about love, life, morals, good/evil, how to use power, how to treat people. It deserved to be finished properly, not to be dropped like an old toy.
This was the greatest series Ive ever seen on TV. The bastards at Abc family better bring this back or im never watching anything related to Abc channel. Ive kept my word since they cancelled kyle xy. Ima make Em regret ever cancelling this show. Boycott ABC!
Well it's been five years since the cancelation and Jamie Alexander is a movie star now so I think you're out of luck. I'll go with the boycott ABC Family thing, since there's nothing good on that stupid ass channel anyway, but ABC has Once Upon A Time and SHIELD so... Yeah, can't go that far.
Ok, lets forget what Julie Plec said...Eric Tuchman said the 'triangle was dissolving' and Amanda was 'puppy love' and Jessi's 'real love' he even brought up Yin and Yang "She's the Yin to his Yang" I think that's all good...But if that's so why would Kyle have to end up alone? Classic heroes aren't always 'flying solo' a lot of them have a happy love life. And with Jessi and her same abilities, she can change the would with him by his side as his equal (I know she's darker but hey everybody loves a good anti-hero, that doesn't mean Jessi is evil. She will always have to deal with the dark part of her nature but her Kyle will always pull her back when she goes too far and when Kyle is too soft she can push him a little when it's needed. They are Push and Pull). With the lack of information on Jessi's future I get that sickening feeling that Jessi would have been killed off in a tragic way, maybe trying to protect Kyle ("She'll do anything for him." As Cassidy said). And that's why Kyle is alone, his soulmate is dead, the only other person like him, the one he is connected to is no longer living. Now that made me sad :( ...I try to keep in mind that "Future Revealed" Is mostly a bunch of speculations and maybes, nothing is set in stone. I like to think that they listen to fans from time to time (and they want us happy and satisfied and keep their ratings) and understand that at this point we want to see Kyle, Jessi, the Tragers and heck even Amanda happy (and alive). But nobody was happy with Kyle XY being cancelled. So as far as the "Future Revealed" I would only change the whole Kyle being alone and have him happy with Jessi...Kessi is real love and Endgame! :)
I think that he has to end up alone because his aspirations are too big to accomplish otherwise. Jessi would most likely die, because she wasn't even meant to be in the first place. Love doesn't always have to last forever for it to influence you forever. It totally sucked how it ended. I watched it as it aired and was just thinking about it and Googled it and saw this was made. I remember when it got cancelled there were campaigns and signatures and letters and whatever but abc never listened. I don't even watch new shows anymore until they have a few seasons and a few locked in contract because of shows like this and freaks and geeks and Rubicon, alphas.. and a whole bunch of other shows that have just ended. When the killing got cancelled it hopped networks, got cancelled again and got bought by Netflix and finished. Southland had a similar fate. I wish that could have happened with Kyle xy. This was too good a show for abc. These networks spend so much money convincing us to watch these shows and so much advertising making us come back every season and then they pull the rug out from under us. They don't even respect us enough to wrap up cliff hangers. No commitment, pure money. Imagine if a movie were to end mid showing because not enough people showed up. Fuck that. These networks need to realize that these shows will be more profitable in syndication and on DVD if the story line is complete. I would never recommend this show to anybody to buy because of how it ended. So abc! Spend the extra money, do another season next time... Churn out a complete product. You fuckers.
while I disagree with the first part of your comment I couldn't agree more with the rest. I've had many shows canceled on me, but this one still hurts. I was so invested since the Pilot aired and the way it 'ended' ...I've never been so angry over a TV series and I'm not joking when I say I chucked things at my TV when the last episode of season 3 aired. I have a good imagination and I tied things together and gave a conclusion, I should write it down someday (Fanfiction!) however it would have been nice to watch it play out on screen...I haven't watched ABC Family since KXY ended, I hear they changed their name, Ha! guess they are no longer 'family friendly' ^_^ Thank you for commenting.

Yeah, Jessi is perfect if you want a soul mate that's a crazy murdering psychobitch. And what guy would actually want a woman like Amanda that's beautiful, talented, faithful, and easy to get along with? If it was the intent to ultimately match Kyle with Jessi, then I'm grateful the show was canceled when it was it was. Creatively, Kyle XY was already in a deep downward spiral by the end of season 3...
1man Nobody is denigrating Amanda at all, she’s compassionate, smart and decent. However, ultimately I don’t believe she would ever truly fit with him because he would never be able to connect with her on that level that he could only ever do with Jesse. Not to mention, his relationship with Jesse is a lot more nuanced and based on all parts of them, i.e complete honesty, the good and the bad, the flaws and the strengths, the ugly and the beautiful and while it did make them a more passionate and enjoyable pairing to watch, it also grounded them in truth and relatability.
I would have LOVED to see this show continue. It had so much more to tell and teach. I think that Kyle is a beautiful person that not only touched the other characters on the show, but also touched everyone who watched. I felt better about myself and felt myself gain more faith with every episode I watched. In a time when superheroes are so popular in the mass media, it would have been inspiring to see him become a 'superhero of the soul', because I think we all need that in one way or another.
HPAndHG4ever I just watched the series over the weekend and was so pissed when I found out it left off with such a major cliff hanger. Seems to happen every time I find a show to watch on Netflix. Just like freaking Jericho.
I've been caught out 3 times now by Netflix I know how you feel. It should be made a legal obligation for companies such as ABC to at the very least provide a conclusion to TV series when they have gone beyond a certain number of shows. Ending them on a cliff hanger is just bad form and shows the corporate suits at ABC dont give a shit about anything other than profit.
No matter with Kyle, Jessie or even Amanda, I wanna know what happened to Andy and Josh!!! :o Andy was by far the best char in the series in my opinion with Josh as a second place! :)
I just finished the series on Netflix, and I cannot believe how they ended Kyle XY. I know that ABC pulled the plug on the show, but the producers could have done a complete happy ending, instead of a huge cliff hanger. The emotional connection that viewers felt towards the characters was amazing and it is a shame the show had to end. Here's to the hope that fans will get some closure from a possible return of Kyle Xy in the future.

lukebutler Trust me, they tried. TV principles typically sign six year options so every cast member could have returned if they wanted to. They were all still under option and they definitely would have tried to go somewhere else with Smallville's relative success at the time. No one picked it up is the problem. I'd be shocked if it wasn't shopped around.
I love Kyle and Amanda, Jessi is just the needy and clingy possessive girlfriend and Amanda has never seemed to be frighten and scared of him with the lack of belly button and all his extraordinary powers. She also saw the good in him. Kyle and Amanda forever!!!!!

I'm an art student and I never pulled an all nighter until this show... I'll be brief... awesome cast... character development...story... acting... underlying life messages... etc. You fall in and out of trust and love with the characters and plot... and you love just as hard as the characters love...Every player (even the unsavory ones) played a vital role that made this show the best I'd ever watched... I'm officially in love with Matt Dallas btw he was amazing at being KYLE XY... yes I cried.
I just finished it and so annoyed that it ended on a cliffhanger. Also super annoyed that kyle completely fucked up his relationship with Amanda when it literally all could of been avoided if he was just honest with her.
It seems like ABC Family likes to pull the plug on a ton of shows: Kyle XY, The Nine Lives of Chloe King as well as The Lying Game. All shows have ended on cliffhangers and they never returned. I really am disappointed that they get rid of so many good shows and keep the ones that I personally lose interest in after the second season. I never will understand it.
Amanda was too innocent for Kyle. It was suitable at first, but when Kyle started getting into more intense stuff, Jessie just seemed more appropriate. Jyle all the way.........or Kessie.
Yeah, Amanda's puppy love, Jessi's real love. It's like, maybe the hero is supposed to walk alone, except this may be one of the only stories in which the superhero's love has the same powers as the superhero.....so kessi!
I just recently watched this series on netflix, and it's perfect. It's so emotional and really pulled me in. The way they had relationships really grow and character development, I really really wish this hadn't got canceled.

I see a lot of "Amanda and Kyle look better together" "they had a better connection" but at the end of the day I believe Jessi and kyle's relationship had more depth. They went through so much for eachother and their relationship was made of the kind of stuff that lasts forever. Love often isn't pretty and picture perfect.
I agree with you. They kept saying in this video that Jessi had a darkness inside herself that she was learning to control, but in the end would put her at odds with Kyle. What they're forgetting to address however, is the darkness that was beginning to emerge in Kyle towards the end of season 3. I think that Jessi should have remained by Kyle's side for that reason. Neither of them would be 100% good or evil but a healthy mixture of both that would work best when they were with each other.
I love Jessi and Kyle. They were like made for each other. Kylie represents all this pureness and Jessi well, she's so interesting. I like the fact that Kylie sees the good in her. I love everything. At fist, Amnada seemed like the right one. However, she's like too perfect and Jesii is just a plan badass. I really want a fourth season, or movie, or book. I don't care. I just need a proper ending.
this actually just made my day...i absolutely loved this series from the start and was really dissapointed not to know what happens after the end of season 3..i started watching it on tv but then i got all seasons coz i couldnt wait for the next episode...i hope they decide to have another go at it and make season4 or at least a final episode/movie..oh and i love jessi from the very beginning and wanted to see kyle realise what she actually meant to him...i didt like kyle not really seeing her..
Just finished this show on Hulu. I know I know. I’m late to the party. It’s borderline cruel to the loyal viewers who stuck by it only to be unceremoniously cut off without some kind of ending. These behind the scenes interviews make it sound like they were fully expecting a fourth season. To shut the show (any show) down before a real ending can be written and provided, is a serious disservice to the people who did stick by it to the end.
I wanted to find out what happens to Mark and Lori! They were my favorite couple. Andee and Josh could be predictable (they fall apart because long distance, Josh grows up and learns a lesson) . I never really liked Kyle with either girl (well, maybe Jessi a little towards the end) but I like how they explained he should just 'fly solo'. I still think it was weird that I believe it was never explained how/why Adam died...again? And Kyle didn't seem as upset as the first time. Then when Foss would randomly show up here and there during the 3rd season? I think this show would have great potential for a reboot in another 10 years or so, just imagining the technology the world would actually have then, incorporating that into the show, and production of the show in general. This was a great series to watch over summer break, but I wish Netflix would've given me a heads up saying "Warning: This Show Is Amazing, But Will Leave You With A Terrible Cliffhanger, With Many Questions Never Answered." Haha :)
Risa T Agree. Mark/Lori were my favorite also. I spoke to Josh Zuckerman who plays Mark in the show yesterday on twitter and he told me that if he had had it his way, Mark and Lori would have ended up together :) . But the stupid creators of this show would have put Lori with Declan, they stated that numerous times in interviews once the show was cancelled.
Kyle & Jessi, Lori & Declan, & Josh & Andy 4 life their love is so amazing. Amanda doesn't fit in Kyle's world. Y'all wrong aboout Kyle being alone in the end because he's a superhero Jessi is also one & they make a perfect couple they inspire me. Kyle only liked Amanda because she was the first girl he saw other than Lori & Nicole that was nice to him. Their love reminds me of kindergarten & elemantary school while him & Jessi is the love Shakespeare always talk about in his plays........
Jessi is and always be his soul mate, they have a connection - a connection far greater then Amanda's. There's not even 1 reason why they cancelled this show.

They absolutely cancelled yet another gem of a show. Stupid political bs in media companies. We absolutely deserved at least a movie wrap up... I will just have to make it up...because leaving a story so fully upright in the air and never wrapping it up haunts me. SO, What I think would have happened? Jessi continued to pine over Kyle until they discovered a 3rd pod child. One that was perfect for her...and Kyle and Amanda are together. Then when all that is happening, the three pod kids, team up with all their loved ones to not burn the secret organization to the ground, but rather expose them to light and get justice...and putting that science in the hands of the people...allowing for an evolutionary leap in human beings...without the need for clones. There. A nice and neat wrap up.

Thanks for uploading, but it's pretty much word for word the interview that went up on abc family's website right after season 3 ended. It's a shame that this show was cancelled and shit like greek is still going strong on that channel. Hopefully it comes back someday.
my version of the future; Michael would be the ultimate villain that Kyle has to defeat. being the only person that is blood-related to him, Kyle would have a hard time trying to kill his own family. Michael on the other hand, created an experiment on a human who he injected Kyle's dna into the person. making the person strong and powerful as kyle was. but having to be a human, the new male character (let's call him 'John') would have a hard time trying to figure out what has happened to him and dealing with the changes in his body and mind. Jessi and Kyle will have a relationship for, let's say 1 season, and they will end it at some point after realizing that they both are too powerful (and dangerous) together. we'd see jessi and kyle fight constantly about their powers and jessi trying to be her 'normal' self. then, Kyle would meet Amanda again and reconcile after hearing Jessi had left him for someone else. in the end, it is revealed that the person that jessi is seeing was john and he captured jessi to lure kyle to a trap. amanda knew kyle's plan and ended up at the scene trying to help kyle rescue jessi. john having to properly see what michael is doing to him decided to turn sides and help kyle instead. just when they are about to escape, michael (who was pissed for not getting his revenge on kyle) kills amanda instead. kyle decided to have his revenge and defeat michael for what he did to amanda. and in the series finale, jessi would end up with john and kyle decided to just be without anyone and work with foss to bring back Zzyzx.
I'm kind of let down that Kyle would have ended up alone and that they would have wrote it so Jessi had issues being good. It was pretty clear that she knew how to be good and even decided to let Amanda have Kyle until he figured out that he had feeling for Jessi and kissed her pretty much destroying Jessi's plan to let him go. I think Jessi was best for him and it was clear that she kept Kyle together better then Amanda. Amanda felt more like a teen crush and Jessi felt more like a true love. They were able to be together with out fighting and were there for each other through out everything. Amanda was pissy every other episode about something Kyle did or didn't do. If i was Kyle, i would have picked Jessi and my feelings for Amanda would have faded like they did while watching the show as Jessi's character evolved. Jessi > Amanda
sum moner just finished watching the show and i know its a late answer :P but i just wanna say that amanda and kyle were "fighting" cause amanda didnt know the truth about him and so she was suspicious even seeing him kiss jessie.if he had told her the truth it would be so much different and honestly i really dont understand why the writters didnt want kyle to let her know...... kyle said that he didnt tell her to keep her out of danger but even when she didnt know the truth she was still being used as a way of getting to kyle and she was ... well in danger
I'm so late watching this..But I always loved kyle xy..this makes me dislike ABC family a lot.. The secret life may have had more views..But I always thought kyle xy was food for thought and quality television. (; Great memories watching this show.. &BTW, KESSI!
I did, until the last few episodes and recently until rewatching. Jessi is willing to do so much for Kyle and learns a lot from him, including that she needs to make sacrifices to let Kyle to be happy.
My feelings towards Amanda each season: 1) Amanda is perfect for Kyle 2) Amanda better than Jessi. 3) Piss off Amanda and let Kyle and Jessi be together. So sad that the show had to end. Bloody BBC.

I am watching it all over again just because I miss it and I want to watch looking from a different point of view and turns out that the more I watch the more I fall in love with everything and everyone in the series... they have to put this show back on... abc family doesnt know how inspiring this show is and they dont know how much this show helped me with my every day life.. this show taught me to believe in my self and tell my self that i can do it (like josh with his studies) last year my grades werent high as right now.. and its because of kyle xy it really touched me and inspired me... and thats not the only lesson that ive learn through out the story therese a lot so PLS ABC FAMILY PUT THIS SHOW BACK ON
The complete time I watched kylexy, I had a feeling of positive freedom that was constant until the last show. Then it all went away, and I can never feel that anymore.
Jessi brought the whole show down. I don't know why that actor (Jaimie Alexander) keeps getting work and yet we don't see much from the other actors from the show. When they cast her a Sif in Thor I cringed so hard. Her and Parker Posey are two actresses that I just absolutely cannot stand.
I feel that above all, ignoring the fact that Amanda doesn't really have much in common with Kyle besides a vague similarity in their moral values, ignoring how they can communicate and feel each other without even being in the same room; Jessi not only should be with Kyle but DESERVES to. After all she'd been through, after she'd changed so much for him, to be a better person.. Jessi was really trying. She really wanted him to trust her, to be loved and accepted. And Kyle woulda done it.
I was cleared up a bit on the show's website/game (part of 'secret' files you had to go through). I barely recall it was just something to tie into strange occurances happening and linking back to Mada Corp, I think. It was some type of project number. of course, it's been over 6 years, so I may be completely misremembering and thinking about another side story case file (though the Mada Corp idea kinda fits with the whole memory storage thing kyle was used for)
I thought Amanda was going to be Kyle's 'true love' and Jessi was just going to be a friend with benefits or something haha xD But I guess a solo hero of the soul sounds good :o
No, I have to say I completely agree with you. I always saw Jesse as an instigator and a jealous troublemaker. I always thought Amanda was the better love interest for Kyle since the beginning.
The Least they could do is run a 2-part "bring it all together" and finalise things, like they did in Farscape. Thank GOD public pressure made them do that. ...
well on the commentary for episode 10, julie plec said that josh and andy would have stayed together, they would have gotten married after graduation then lori and declan would ultimately get back together.
Jessie because she was probably the funniest character on the show and also that she never stopped having feelings for Kyle no matter what he did unlike Amanda...
kyle and jessi is the real love... real connection .. amanda was just distraction for kyle's full potential its a great show .. one of the best.. its sad to see such a great story unfinished

I think that he has to end up alone because his aspirations are too big to accomplish otherwise. Jessi would most likely die, because she wasn't even meant to be in the first place. Love doesn't always have to last forever for it to influence you forever.
It totally sucked how it ended. I watched it as it aired and was just thinking about it and Googled it and saw this was made. I remember when it got cancelled there were campaigns and signatures and letters and whatever but abc never listened. I don't even watch new shows anymore until they have a few seasons and a few locked in contract because of shows like this and freaks and geeks and Rubicon, alphas.. and a whole bunch of other shows that have just ended. When the killing got cancelled it hopped networks, got cancelled again and got bought by Netflix and finished. Southland had a similar fate. I wish that could have happened with Kyle xy. This was too good a show for abc.
These networks spend so much money convincing us to watch these shows and so much advertising making us come back every season and then they pull the rug out from under us. They don't even respect us enough to wrap up cliff hangers. No commitment, pure money. Imagine if a movie were to end mid showing because not enough people showed up. Fuck that. These networks need to realize that these shows will be more profitable in syndication and on DVD if the story line is complete. I would never recommend this show to anybody to buy because of how it ended. So abc! Spend the extra money, do another season next time... Churn out a complete product. You fuckers.
while I disagree with the first part of your comment I couldn't agree more with the rest. I've had many shows canceled on me, but this one still hurts. I was so invested since the Pilot aired and the way it 'ended' ...I've never been so angry over a TV series and I'm not joking when I say I chucked things at my TV when the last episode of season 3 aired. I have a good imagination and I tied things together and gave a conclusion, I should write it down someday (Fanfiction!) however it would have been nice to watch it play out on screen...I haven't watched ABC Family since KXY ended, I hear they changed their name, Ha! guess they are no longer 'family friendly' ^_^ Thank you for commenting.

1man Nobody is denigrating Amanda at all, she’s compassionate, smart and decent. However, ultimately I don’t believe she would ever truly fit with him because he would never be able to connect with her on that level that he could only ever do with Jesse. Not to mention, his relationship with Jesse is a lot more nuanced and based on all parts of them, i.e complete honesty, the good and the bad, the flaws and the strengths, the ugly and the beautiful and while it did make them a more passionate and enjoyable pairing to watch, it also grounded them in truth and relatability.
I would have LOVED to see this show continue. It had so much more to tell and teach. I think that Kyle is a beautiful person that not only touched the other characters on the show, but also touched everyone who watched. I felt better about myself and felt myself gain more faith with every episode I watched. In a time when superheroes are so popular in the mass media, it would have been inspiring to see him become a 'superhero of the soul', because I think we all need that in one way or another.

I've been caught out 3 times now by Netflix I know how you feel. It should be made a legal obligation for companies such as ABC to at the very least provide a conclusion to TV series when they have gone beyond a certain number of shows. Ending them on a cliff hanger is just bad form and shows the corporate suits at ABC dont give a shit about anything other than profit.
No matter with Kyle, Jessie or even Amanda, I wanna know what happened to Andy and Josh!!! :o Andy was by far the best char in the series in my opinion with Josh as a second place! :)

I just finished the series on Netflix, and I cannot believe how they ended Kyle XY. I know that ABC pulled the plug on the show, but the producers could have done a complete happy ending, instead of a huge cliff hanger. The emotional connection that viewers felt towards the characters was amazing and it is a shame the show had to end. Here's to the hope that fans will get some closure from a possible return of Kyle Xy in the future.

lukebutler Trust me, they tried. TV principles typically sign six year options so every cast member could have returned if they wanted to. They were all still under option and they definitely would have tried to go somewhere else with Smallville's relative success at the time. No one picked it up is the problem. I'd be shocked if it wasn't shopped around.

I'm an art student and I never pulled an all nighter until this show... I'll be brief... awesome cast... character development...story... acting... underlying life messages... etc. You fall in and out of trust and love with the characters and plot... and you love just as hard as the characters love...Every player (even the unsavory ones) played a vital role that made this show the best I'd ever watched... I'm officially in love with Matt Dallas btw he was amazing at being KYLE XY... yes I cried.
I just finished it and so annoyed that it ended on a cliffhanger. Also super annoyed that kyle completely fucked up his relationship with Amanda when it literally all could of been avoided if he was just honest with her.
It seems like ABC Family likes to pull the plug on a ton of shows: Kyle XY, The Nine Lives of Chloe King as well as The Lying Game. All shows have ended on cliffhangers and they never returned. I really am disappointed that they get rid of so many good shows and keep the ones that I personally lose interest in after the second season. I never will understand it.
Amanda was too innocent for Kyle. It was suitable at first, but when Kyle started getting into more intense stuff, Jessie just seemed more appropriate.

I just recently watched this series on netflix, and it's perfect. It's so emotional and really pulled me in. The way they had relationships really grow and character development, I really really wish this hadn't got canceled.

I see a lot of "Amanda and Kyle look better together" "they had a better connection" but at the end of the day I believe Jessi and kyle's relationship had more depth. They went through so much for eachother and their relationship was made of the kind of stuff that lasts forever. Love often isn't pretty and picture perfect.
I agree with you. They kept saying in this video that Jessi had a darkness inside herself that she was learning to control, but in the end would put her at odds with Kyle. What they're forgetting to address however, is the darkness that was beginning to emerge in Kyle towards the end of season 3. I think that Jessi should have remained by Kyle's side for that reason. Neither of them would be 100% good or evil but a healthy mixture of both that would work best when they were with each other.
I love Jessi and Kyle. They were like made for each other. Kylie represents all this pureness and Jessi well, she's so interesting. I like the fact that Kylie sees the good in her. I love everything. At fist, Amnada seemed like the right one. However, she's like too perfect and Jesii is just a plan badass. I really want a fourth season, or movie, or book. I don't care. I just need a proper ending.

this actually just made my day...i absolutely loved this series from the start and was really dissapointed not to know what happens after the end of season 3..i started watching it on tv but then i got all seasons coz i couldnt wait for the next episode...i hope they decide to have another go at it and make season4 or at least a final episode/movie..oh and i love jessi from the very beginning and wanted to see kyle realise what she actually meant to him...i didt like kyle not really seeing her..

It’s borderline cruel to the loyal viewers who stuck by it only to be unceremoniously cut off without some kind of ending. These behind the scenes interviews make it sound like they were fully expecting a fourth season. To shut the show (any show) down before a real ending can be written and provided, is a serious disservice to the people who did stick by it to the end.

I really wanted to see some kyle and jessi action :) They'd have made a great couple.
I wanted to find out what happens to Mark and Lori! They were my favorite couple. Andee and Josh could be predictable (they fall apart because long distance, Josh grows up and learns a lesson) . I never really liked Kyle with either girl (well, maybe Jessi a little towards the end) but I like how they explained he should just 'fly solo'. I still think it was weird that I believe it was never explained how/why Adam died...again? And Kyle didn't seem as upset as the first time. Then when Foss would randomly show up here and there during the 3rd season? I think this show would have great potential for a reboot in another 10 years or so, just imagining the technology the world would actually have then, incorporating that into the show, and production of the show in general. This was a great series to watch over summer break, but I wish Netflix would've given me a heads up saying "Warning: This Show Is Amazing, But Will Leave You With A Terrible Cliffhanger, With Many Questions Never Answered." Haha :)

I spoke to Josh Zuckerman who plays Mark in the show yesterday on twitter and he told me that if he had had it his way, Mark and Lori would have ended up together :) . But the stupid creators of this show would have put Lori with Declan, they stated that numerous times in interviews once the show was cancelled.

Eric Tuchman said the 'triangle was dissolving' and Amanda was 'puppy love' and Jessi's 'real love' he even brought up Yin and Yang "She's the Yin to his Yang" I think that's all good...But if thats so why would Kyle have to end up alone? Classic heroes aren't always 'flying solo' a lot of them have a happy love life. And with Jessi and her same abilities, she can change the world with him by his side as his equal (I know she's darker but hey everybody loves a good anti-hero, that doesn't mean Jessi is evil). With the lack of information on Jessi's future I get that sickening feeling that Jessi would have been killed off in a tragic way :( And that's why Kyle is alone, his soulmate is dead, that only other person like him, the one he is connected to is no longer living. Now that made me sad...I try to keep in mind that "Future Revealed" is mostly a bunch of speculations and maybes, nothing is set in stone. I like to think that they listen to fans from time to time (and they want us happy and satisfied) and understand now that at this point we want to see Kyle, Jessi, the Tragers and heck even Amanda Happy. But nobody's happy with Kyle XY being cancelled. What I think would have happened? Jessi continued to pine over Kyle until they discovered a 3rd pod child. One that was perfect for her...and Kyle and Amanda are together. Then when all that is happening, the three pod kids, team up with all their loved ones to not burn the secret organization to the ground, but rather expose them to light and get justice...and putting that science in the hands of the people...allowing for an evolutionary leap in human beings...without the need for clones.

my version of the future; Michael would be the ultimate villain that Kyle has to defeat. being the only person that is blood-related to him, Kyle would have a hard time trying to kill his own family. Michael on the other hand, created an experiment on a human who he injected Kyle's dna into the person. making the person strong and powerful as kyle was. but having to be a human, the new male character (let's call him 'John') would have a hard time trying to figure out what has happened to him and dealing with the changes in his body and mind. Jessi and Kyle will have a relationship for, let's say 1 season, and they will end it at some point after realizing that they both are too powerful (and dangerous) together. we'd see jessi and kyle fight constantly about their powers and jessi trying to be her 'normal' self. then, Kyle would meet Amanda again and reconcile after hearing Jessi had left him for someone else. in the end, it is revealed that the person that jessi is seeing was john and he captured jessi to lure kyle to a trap. amanda knew kyle's plan and ended up at the scene trying to help kyle rescue jessi. john having to properly see what michael is doing to him decided to turn sides and help kyle instead. just when they are about to escape, michael (who was pissed for not getting his revenge on kyle) kills amanda instead. kyle decided to have his revenge and defeat michael for what he did to amanda. and in the series finale, jessi would end up with john and kyle decided to just be without anyone and work with foss to bring back Zzyzx.
oh i wish that they make a new season so much :( i wanna see kyle and jessi get together and i wanna see them living happily ever after. Damn you abc
I'm kind of let down that Kyle would have ended up alone and that they would have wrote it so Jessi had issues being good. It was pretty clear that she knew how to be good and even decided to let Amanda have Kyle until he figured out that he had feeling for Jessi and kissed her pretty much destroying Jessi's plan to let him go. I think Jessi was best for him and it was clear that she kept Kyle together better then Amanda. Amanda felt more like a teen crush and Jessi felt more like a true love. They were able to be together with out fighting and were there for each other through out everything. Amanda was pissy every other episode about something Kyle did or didn't do. If i was Kyle, i would have picked Jessi and my feelings for Amanda would have faded like they did while watching the show as Jessi's character evolved.

sum moner just finished watching the show and i know its a late answer :P but i just wanna say that amanda and kyle were "fighting" cause amanda didnt know the truth about him and so she was suspicious even seeing him kiss jessie.if he had told her the truth it would be so much different and honestly i really dont understand why the writters didnt want kyle to let her know...... kyle said that he didnt tell her to keep her out of danger but even when she didnt know the truth she was still being used as a way of getting to kyle and she was ... well in danger

The complete time I watched kylexy, I had a feeling of positive freedom that was constant until the last show. Then it all went away, and I can never feel that anymore.
Jessi brought the whole show down. I don't know why that actor (Jaimie Alexander) keeps getting work and yet we don't see much from the other actors from the show. When they cast her a Sif in Thor I cringed so hard. Her and Parker Posey are two actresses that I just absolutely cannot stand.
I feel that above all, ignoring the fact that Amanda doesn't really have much in common with Kyle besides a vague similarity in their moral values, ignoring how they can communicate and feel each other without even being in the same room; Jessi not only should be with Kyle but DESERVES to. After all she'd been through, after she'd changed so much for him, to be a better person.. Jessi was really trying. She really wanted him to trust her, to be loved and accepted. And Kyle woulda done it.

I was cleared up a bit on the show's website/game (part of 'secret' files you had to go through). I barely recall it was just something to tie into strange occurances happening and linking back to Mada Corp, I think. It was some type of project number. of course, it's been over 6 years, so I may be completely misremembering and thinking about another side story case file (though the Mada Corp idea kinda fits with the whole memory storage thing kyle was used for)
