You are amazing. Let me give my advice to younger people commenting. I am 43 yrs old. My first professional PC was in 1990, there was no internet back then. Digital world doesn't matter a lot. You see people you never gonna meet + be careful of dating.
Samsung always takes longer than iPhones when starting because Android optimizes everything at startup. Most people don't often turn off their phones so the extra few seconds to optimize your Samsung phone is valuable and well worth it.
They do not include 120hz cause they dont have to. Samsung Has to otherwise android competition would eat him, but iphones do not really compete with android. Tbf s23 is better choice but that's not the point
People have to stop trolling and appreciate both devices. Both companies will push each other to be better which is better for us (the consumers). I went from my 11 pro max to the s23 and I'm happy, but I will probably get the 15 pro when its released and be happy. I don't like the pill shaped cutout and the size of the camera assembly on the 14 pro, mostly the reason why I went to the s23. I also don't like how the iphone handles notifications, I really hope they change that.
The biggest thing I don’t like about the iPhone 13 is the huge notch at the top of the screen and after the update I had an issue with the battery not charging above 83% until the next update came out
Thats a feature by the way. 😂The iphone not chargin above 83% is a battery optimaization feature. Its a known fact that its better for these kinda batteries not to get charged over 80% or get discharged below 20%. Ain't that making sense now? Apple def would've been swaggin after people put similar comments like this one.😂
iPhone users don’t understand that once you go to 120hz there’s no going back, even 90hz is a huge difference. Unless your on the 13 pro/pro max & 14 pro/pro max
To be honest even the 60hz feel really smooth. I came from a iPhone 7 to an XR and it feels like a 90hz display which is weird, the 7 feels much slower which is really weird but yeah they should have at least 90 but 😖 there’s isn’t

So I currently have an XR and there are too many things that I love but also many features that I hate, I’m thinking on moving to either the iPhone 13 or the Galaxy S23, I’ve never used android auto and I love the CarPlay UI, which one should I choose? Got all iOS updates, my phone works the same as day 1 and never slowed down thanks to software support. Battery still got 91% capacity and phone was used heavy at work and home.

Has anyone noticed any lag in the S23 after a couple of months of use? I want to switch from IPhone but I have had problems with lag with Samsung phones before which is why I switched in the first place.
Never had any issues with samsung phones, they have regular updates all the time, screen is fast as lightning, has much more every day & beneficial features, samsung all day, I also recommend xiaomi and honor phones their charging speeds are insane.
Once thing that is really jarring and bothers me on Samsung - if you return to an app that is in memory the opening animation shows you just a solid white background. Most phones have an animation where it shows you exactly the place you left off.
iPhones are finally losing it, apart from videography which only small percentage of content creators depend on, iPhone cameras have become/are worse. Also ios is now having so many bugs. So at least give Better hardware like 90hz screen at least

Why does the calculator app on the iPhone not show the history? like the Samsung phone calculator app shows your history. I have always wondered why they don’t give that option to you on iPhone calculator

Since you'll be using it for almost 5 years, I recommend iPhone for its resell value, better integration of camera with 3rd party apps. Battery, Camera and other things are almost same in both. But if you do not care that much about resell value, S23 is better looking and feels modern compared to iphone.
I just got into the Apple ecosystem and I'm not going to lie Samsung has a problem later on down the line where is I don't think iPhone has the same problem where the phone just kind of slows down and degrades really
just don't close the apps, iphone can keep 100+ apps open in background and thus no need of "loading" the app, I play heavy games (3-4gb+ size) and the game just resumes on the page/room I left from, it doesn't load anything it just connects to server for 2-3 second otherwise it amazingly fast even with another 100+ apps in the background Each phone has a different type of optimization and u can't compare it with the android way of being "fast"
I definitely agree that 60hz panels are rather difficult to work with in todays time, but I also find it fair. Pay less, expect less. Sure the phones have a bigger price tag then ever, but the whole point of a flagship smartphone is to have it all. If the baseline iPhones used many features that the pro models do, it defeats the purpose. However I do think 90hz would be more reasonable.
Iphone 60 hz literally feels like a 90 hz phone.I recently converted to iphone 14 from oneplus 8 ,I can really say there is no major difference and apple perfected its display smoothness
You can certainly live without a 120 HZ refresh rate on a small phone screen. iPhone 14 user here. PS The Galaxy S23 has double the amount of RAM compared to the iPhone 13, but it's not twice as fast.

I had a. 120 Hz Samsung and it was still lagging I now use an iPhone it never lagged on me. Samsung phone lagging on TH-cam on a 120 Hz phone so its not worth it iPhone still beats it. And I never used any of the useless features in samsung, Samsung should be simple like Apple. Worst mistake I made ever getting a Samsung and I'm sticking to iphones.

Absolutely true. I have both and the iPhone wins in almost every test except those that test raw GPU power. However, real world tests still show better graphics from iPhone bc Apple’s optimizations are way better. I’m never switching to Galaxy 📲🔥🔥

Hi, whitch android version were you on. I saw another video of speed test comparison and the s23 was very poor at reopening apps. Most of them had to reload.
the "It beat the iph14 too" It makes no sense to say that since apple explicitly said they will not ugprade too much on the A16 since no phone company is keeping up with them atm.
Both are fast. Even when I switch to my old S10 from S20 fe or iPhone 14 pro max, it doesn't feel slow. It feels cool, fast and display is still awesome Flagships, produced last 3-4 years, will last several years easily because improvements are not so big currently every year. It's not like you switch from s7 to s10 back in a day
Samsung will always LOOK faster in animations. That’s because they have their animations set up specifically to give the illusion of faster device. iPhone prefers a showy animation that swoops in and expands with a flourish. But if you noticed, many of those apps that Samsung loaded “faster” already had their content loaded before they had even fully expanded on the iPhone, but took another split second to load on the Samsung. Also iPhone is just faster in real world performance. Let’s not forget its significantly higher fps in tough games like Genshin, for example. And that’s with last year’s A15 Bionic chip, with, what’s more, the 4-core GPU. Even the iPhone 12 with the A14 Bionic has faster single-core CPU performance and almost identical multi-core performance. That’s incredible how far ahead Apple is to still be beating Android with last year’s lower-end chip, and basically matching it with their chip from two years ago.

Iphone 60 hz literally feels like a 90 hz phone.I recently converted to iphone 14 from oneplus 8 ,I can really say there is no major difference and apple perfected its display smoothness

I am not paying 700+ dollars for a 60 hz display. S23 it is. If i can get more speed and faster phone for the same amount of money i am getting it.
You can certainly live without a 120 HZ refresh rate on a small phone screen. iPhone 14 user here. PS The Galaxy S23 has double the amount of RAM compared to the iPhone 13, but it's not twice as fast.
More ram doesn't mean faster, it helps with reloading apps but doesn't make a phone much faster than a phone with less ram

@@CashCollecta I don't think you've ever use 120 hz phone, I don't play games a lot..you will feel different with whatever you'll do in your phone, 60 hz even 90 hz feels laggy..my sister has iPhone 14+ thar phone has 60 hz..my S23 works way smoother than that expensive phone.

I had a. 120 Hz Samsung and it was still lagging I now use an iPhone it never lagged on me. Samsung phone lagging on TH-cam on a 120 Hz phone so its not worth it iPhone still beats it. And I never used any of the useless features in samsung, Samsung should be simple like Apple. Worst mistake I made ever getting a Samsung and I'm sticking to iphones.

Absolutely true. I have both and the iPhone wins in almost every test except those that test raw GPU power. However, real world tests still show better graphics from iPhone bc Apple’s optimizations are way better. I’m never switching to Galaxy 📲🔥🔥

There is no overheating issue on S23 series, in fact s23 series ran cooler than IPhone in all tests on TH-cam

Hi, whitch android version were you on. I saw another video of speed test comparison and the s23 was very poor at reopening apps. Most of them had to reload.
iPhone 13 makes more effort on apps opening like I see when opening an app, it makes fluid-like animation.
I used all kind of phone 144hz 120hz 90hz 60hz.. i find that it doesnt care how much fps you have...

Both are fast. Even when I switch to my old S10 from S20 fe or iPhone 14 pro max, it doesn't feel slow. It feels cool, fast and display is still awesome
Flagships, produced last 3-4 years, will last several years easily because improvements are not so big currently every year. It's not like you switch from s7 to s10 back in a day
8g/ram vs iphone 4g/ram ,well iphone is way better with just 4g of ram . You will notice that with day to day usage.

Samsung will always LOOK faster in animations. That’s because they have their animations set up specifically to give the illusion of faster device. iPhone prefers a showy animation that swoops in and expands with a flourish. But if you noticed, many of those apps that Samsung loaded “faster” already had their content loaded before they had even fully expanded on the iPhone, but took another split second to load on the Samsung. Also iPhone is just faster in real world performance. Let’s not forget its significantly higher fps in tough games like Genshin, for example. And that’s with last year’s A15 Bionic chip, with, what’s more, the 4-core GPU. Even the iPhone 12 with the A14 Bionic has faster single-core CPU performance and almost identical multi-core performance. That’s incredible how far ahead Apple is to still be beating Android with last year’s lower-end chip, and basically matching it with their chip from two years ago.
