Ingredients:
cabbage - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
carrot - 1 piece
sweet pepper - 2 pieces
water - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
salt - 15 g (½ oz)
apple vinegar - 30 g (1 oz)
oil - 70 g (2.47 oz)
