Seconds ka count dheere dheere badhana hai. Phir uske baad 1:2:2 aur phir 1:4:2. But dheere dheere. Ekdum se nahi. 2. Sirf pranayam se khaas farak nahi padega. Lifestyle, thoughts and food also to be taken care. 3. Inhale, exhale as much as possible. 4. Body/head should not be tilted in any direction. 5. Maintain awareness of what you are doing. 6. To be done on Absolutely empty stomach. Food must be taken at least after an hour. 7. Again, ratio precision is very very very important. Otherwise kuch khaas fayda nahi hoga.

Mera apna didi 2021 march mein metastasis lung cancer small cell carcinoma jo unka lung se liver tak fail chuka tha ..doctor ne 3 mahine uska waqt diya tha woh 20 meter paidal nahi ja sakta tha fir usne anulaom vilom aur kapalbhati pranayam suru Kiya din mein 4 ghanta sath mein unka treatment vi chal raha hai avi woh thik hai liver ka jo chota chota bohut lump tha sab gayab ho gaya aur lung ka tumour bohut chota ho gaya..uska jab chemotherapy chal raha tha uska kabhi v uska blood HB kabhi 12 se kam nahi hua abhi wo 2 km paydal akela jata hai aur apna sab kaam khud karata hai
