This was 1986-1987. Somewhere around there. Jeff Phillips was 1st place, Cab 2nd (iirc), Hosoi then Hawk. NOt sure what they were entirely thinking. Richard Blade, the English bloke is a radio guy. The other guy, I forgot. Need to check part1. Note that Chris Miller is a skate commentator now. ;)

Oh, the other guy should be Kevin Thatcher. He used to run Thrasher magazine back in the 80s. Maybe 90s until 1 of the other guys took over.
