ITESO-JOPADHOLA WRANGLES: Tororo Iteso reaffirm their demand for a district

The tension over calls by the Iteso to break away from Tororo and form a district of their own has been reignited, with threats not to participate in any other elections until their demands are met. For years, the Iteso living in Tororo county have complained that they are marginalized by the Japadhola ethnic community on matters of service delivery and want the boundaries demarcated.
