    You can adjust the amount of oyster sauce in this recipe depending on how much Kangkong you add.
    Ingredients:
    1 package of firm tofu
    1/2 lb of Kangkong (On Choy/ Water Spinach)
    1/2 cup cooking oil
    3-4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    6 cloves of garlic or more if you like
    ground pepper to taste
