SOY GARLIC TOFU Ingredients:
1 pack - Firm tofu, diced
1 cup - Cornstarch
Salt
Oil for frying
1/4 tbsp - Soy sauce
4 cloves - Garlic
1/4 tbsp - Water
1/4 tbsp - Sugar
1 tbsp - Sesame Oil
1 tbsp - Ginger, grated
Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Spring onions
AMPALAYA CON TOKWA ingredients:
1 pc - Ampalaya
Water & salt
Oil for sauteing
1 tbsp - Ginger
4 cloves - Garlic
1 pc - Onion
1 pc - Tomato
3 tbsp - Black beans (tausi)
1 cup - Chicken stock
2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
2 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Sugar
3 tbsp - Slurry (Cornstarch + water)
4 pcs - Sliced fried tokwa
2 tbsp - Sesame oil
SALT & PEPPER TOFU ingredients:
8 pcs - Firm tofu
1/2 cup - Cornstarch
1 tbsp - Chicken powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Oil for sautéing
3 cloves - Garlic
1 pc - Red chili
3 tbsp - Butter
4 tbsp - Green bell
4 tbsp - Red bell
Salt & pepper to taste
Garnish:
Fried garlic

Chef mostly tokwa kapartner nyan lugaw at sa mga nagtitinda ng fishball mo mabili pero sa menu mo naging class ang dating ng tokwa pede na sa pasko yan baka nga yan pa mauna maubos salamat uli chef gayahin ko yan.

Also me! One of my favorite veggies is ampalaya, which is enhanced by sautéing it with an egg, tomato, onion, and garlic. Simpol and excellent recipe. Fantastic.
