  • This recipe video shows the procedure on how to cook tokwa and kangkong with oyster sauce. It is stir fried tofu and water spinach with soy sauce and oyster sauce. It is easy to cook, delicious, and budget-friendly.
    Here are the ingredients for Stir Fry Tofu and Kangkong with Oyster Sauce:
    8 ounces extra firm tofu
    1 bunch kangkong
    ¼ cup oyster sauce
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons cornstarch (optional)
    1 piece onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    ¾ cup water
    1 cup cooking oil
    Salt and ground black pepper to taste

      sir,AQ madalas ko cyang lutuin coz tofu is my favorite
      not only a good source of protein but it's also affordable and
      economical...but it's not the way I sliced my tofu the way you
      did..in one tofu ifs it's thick I sliced it into 3 so when you fried it
      both ends are done brown...then you cut it into 4 squares...
      manipis na yung dating nya...then you can add sesame seeds...
      toasted of course...thanks...

    Well really glad sa panlasang pinoy lalo na po kay Sir Vanjo sa mga recipe nya. Im July 53 yrs old sa totoo lang hindi talaga ako marunong magluto sa edad kong ito lately na lang when i resign don lsng ako nag start nakakahiya man kasi pamilyadong tao ako but definitely its not too late. Dahil sa programang ito natuto akong magluto from adobong baboy, manok hangang kare kare even cordon blue thanks talaga for everything sa lahat ng guidelines god bless always your program especially kay Sir Vanjo 🙏🙏🙏
