Dear Mr Paul i faced too much losses due to flight cancellation on 25th july 2019 QR 631,My paid hotel booking lost,my business meeting lost,my business visa validity lost but in compensation,Qatar airways only gave me advice of patience???Have you any reply???

I kind of agree, BUT I do miss the "meeting/standing bar" area Qatar have on the "old open" Business class configuration (B787-ish config). But sure, it is amazing! :)
I'm a loyal Qatar Airways passenger and I always fly their Business class whenever I'm travelling,service is impeccable as usual.The crew is really professional in service delivery especially,the Air hostesses are just sweet and really warm when they approach you.😊

I just flew in the QSuite from Doha to Bangkok last week and I was thoroughly impressed. The level of privacy is amazing!

You are so lucky to be on QSuite I always want to go on it but it's too expensive and I think most of us may agree with that. It looks very luxurious though especially that double bed in the middle.

I was lucky enough to be in a QSuite in April, on the A350-1000. I’m not sure I’ll be able to afford it again but it was fantastic. I can’t wait to see what you upload next

It never ceases to amaze me of what the world looks like at 40,000 ft. One of my fondest memories was flying over the alps from Dublin to Rome...brilliant. :)

Personally, i love the interior design of this airlines. They are just unique and cozy with purple. Although i never experienced it, i can tell that it is very comfortable.

This is one of the best business class product out there!! I really want to try this product, but every time I fly out of Sydney to Europe, I generally stop in Hong Kong for a few days to visit family, therefore I fly cathay pacific business instead... (QRamenity kit)
Completely agree :) Cathay are good, but QR is amazing.
Another amazing video once again Paul. The lounge looked great, the video yesterday pointing that one out, although now I see the food on the plates, it makes me want to be there even more. The plane looks amazing through the glass and the cabin crew looked kind and welcoming. The actual seat looked amazing for a business class seat, and the seat looked really private for business. The in-flight entertainment looked alright, and also a convenient place to charge your laptop or phone. As always the food that you got in business looked fantastic, so did the drinks. I also love how you put beneath what food or drink you are having, just another brilliant touch. One more wonderful thing was the overhead air vents, and also the amenity kits looked very nice. When you rested the bed looked really nice and throughout the whole flight, the cabin crew looked like they did a wonderful job. The in-flight wifi also looked quite good. Overall your trip on the 777-300ER with Qatar Airways QSuite Business Class from London Heathrow to Doha looked amazing and I really hope you enjoyed your flight and I am looking forward to the next one. I was allowed to use their lounge at LHR during recent summer travel although I did not fly with them during the trip. I was the only guest in the lounge for an hour long because all their guests already flew.

I totally agree with you about the temperature in cabins. Me and my wife flew with SAS Business class to Chicago from Stockholm Arlanda in the beginning of may. On the way back, it was a night flight, the temperature was hot.....I mean sauna hot! 😓
Absolutely! I've recently started asking the crew to lower the temperature and that's usually kicked in early.
The interior is beautifully designed....Qatar Airways is surely a product to experience..

I love all your reports like many other people, but I would ask you to start flying in economy as that's where I judge quality as every passenger should be having great service no matter where you are sitting.

I always find a lot of planes have too cold air, i’m always cold. The only time in the last few years of flying where i wasn’t cold was when i flew Emirates Business Class.
Fair enough, although if you're cold, you an simply wrap yourself up in a blanket. :) It's much harder to lose heat.

I love this idea of having sparkling grape juice in the morning, hahaha! Do you seriously find the cabin too hot? I have to admit that for long-haul flights I sometimes bring my own blanket on board 🙈 I suspect United Airlines and LATAM run some sort of experiment involving cryopreservation of humans in their cabins, they're freezing cold!!!! (PS: great video!)

I has to change suites because I feel a bit of nausea when riding backwards at any time. Qatar is the best on the Australia-Europe track. Usual great report.

Great review! I just flew from HKG to DOH on one of these 777s in QSuite and it really was amazing, and far superior to the regular business class offering on their A380 which operated our connecting flight to LHR.

Your video always cheer me up. I had only experienced Qatar Airways’ economy class from KL to Edinburgh via Doha. Both flights were 7 hours plus, but even their economy class were comfortable enough for me, with fantastic food choices, and amazing services from their crews. If there’s one airline that I’d splurge my money on business class, it’s definitely Qatar Airways’ Q suites. Their tag line first in business indeed live up to the expectations. NO Q-Suite is not first class. No caviar and vintage champagne and only a few seats….so first in Business DOES NOT live up to expactations. I WANT MORE TRy AIR FRANCE LA PREMIERE...

it is so bad compared to 2015 ,champagne is awful ,most of the wine is second rate,
in 2015 when i flew business class on
QR they had krug or comte de comte in the bar on the A380 , how the mighty have fallen ,Pomery was in club Europe on BA that no one wanted to drink

Totally agree! One of the crew members said they had a few very cross pax recently when the aircraft was subb'd to the old layout. Even my A330 out of Doha was originally booked as a 787...

Paul - this really looked like a great business class flight (it actually looked good enough for first class). The drinks offered on the flight were better than their lounge (They even had a 15-year-old Glenfiddich) :):):) Did it feel "strange" to fly backwards (seats being turned the other way) ??? Looking forward towards your next video (QRamenitykit) !!
Hi Jarek. Not at all. :) I've flown backwards before with BA and it was surprisingly perfectly normal.
Hopefully one of these day I will experience it. Next time get some Scottish juice during your flight :) Your commentary makes all the difference in the world. Really enjoy it.
