My friend's mother had been suffering from pains from several decades due to rheumatic disease (RA reading is 110) and went to till steroids but the relief was temporary. Few months back I came across this video and sent to her and from last 60 days she was practicing this mudra with little hope and to our surprise she is feeling better and RA reading now is 12.5.
