    My friend's mother had been suffering from pains from several decades due to rheumatic disease (RA reading is 110) and went to till steroids but the relief was temporary. Few months back I came across this video and sent to her and from last 60 days she was practicing this mudra with little hope and to our surprise she is feeling better and RA reading now is 12.5. She is not able to getup on her own and can do little things. We are very happy now and want to convey our sincere thanks to you sir. God bless you sir! Namastey. Very Very thank you sir!

      Sit normally as shown.. on a small quarter feet stool so tht knees are lower than your thighs..you can sit on a chair also
      Spine should be kept straight
      Close eyes for better results
      Do it early morning well before breakfast
      If knee and joint pains are in very early stage you can do for 20 to 30 mins, if its been for months or years, do it for one hour
      Pain will be healed after 60 days, after that continue for about 10 days and stop doing.
      Breathe deeply for 5 mins before starting the mudra, also during mudra breathe properly.
      Caution..never quit mudra in middle due to any disturbance, in such a case your time doubles up (that days time ..and may be if you quit without completing 60 days ..u must do double the number of days, this wasn't clearly mentioned)

      Left hand- mid finger and thumb
      Tips should be in touch very lightly, do not press
      Sit normally as shown.. on a small quarter feet stool so tht knees are lower than your thighs..you can sit on a chair also
      Spine should be kept straight
      Close eyes for better results
      Do it early morning well before breakfast
      If knee and joint pains are in very early stage you can do for 20 to 30 mins, if its been for months or years, do it for one hour
      Pain will be healed after 60 days, after that continue for about 10 days and stop doing.
      Breathe deeply for 5 mins before starting the mudra, also during mudra breathe properly.
      Caution..never quit mudra in middle due to any disturbance, in such a case your time doubles up (that days time ..and may be if you quit without completing 60 days ..u must do double the number of days, this wasn't clearly mentioned)
