    Just give your true answer if I do continuously 45 mins with Apana mudra that's holding Thumb finger middle finger and ring finger in both hands sitting in పద్మాసన and closing eyes and doing deep breathing slowly plus remembering some God's names in mind will this resolve my diabetes?
    Today I did once
    I can do every day
    Will this resolve my sugar problem and come to normal?
    Thanks in advance for your quick reply so that I can continue.

    but presentation is not clearly understood.
    Watch the video by yourself and pay attention Mudras you explain timings you explained in totally confusing audience
    You said hold Apana Mudra (Thumb Middle and Ring Finger ) for how long
    Hold Chin Mudra (Thumb and Fore Finger ) for How long
    Hold Apana Vayu Mudra (Thumb Ring Finger and Pinky Finger) for how long
    Apana Mudra 15 Min x3
    Gnyana Mudra 10x3
    Prana Mudra time?????
    Initially you said 45 mins with Apana Vayu Mudra then what about other Mudras and times
    I wish you will clarify being you are an educated person.
