My 91 year old Dad just watched your video on a big iPad I bought him. …good job. He said nice shop young fella but…But no safety gear for the young Grandson….he just scolded you from his hospital bed 😅❤

I've got very little wall space for clamps and can't give it any more nor do I have floor space for another piece of hardware yet I have to come up with a solution for the increasing clamp supply. I've watched dozens of clamp rack videos and this one is unique for making the internal storage accessible. Love the added drawers idea. That alone is enough for me to make this clamp cart because, like so many other people, I have many small clamps and this will take care of that dilemma. Thanks mate, great video.

Norm would kindly remind you that there is no more important safety rule, than to wear safety glasses.

Excellent job. A real upgrade. I've noted the same opportunity, but haven't pursued the solution. Your's is a fine solution to it.

Thanks for this. I am right in the middle of reorganizing my shop all the way back to the studs. Taking all my clamps off the wall has created a disaster of disorganization as I reorganize with all the tools still in the shop. I am going to take an afternoon (or a day?) and build this before I proceed any further.
    Thanks again.
    Dave

I like how bud kneels on the concrete snd puts the tool cart on the standing pads.

Looks good. My first view before looking closer to the description was "Wow. Cool gun case". Now in my defence, the slide-out on the right looks like it's holding handguns.

Really love how there are no dead space! I'm trying to reference your build and download your sketchup file but somehow it doesn't work. It would be awesome if you could suggest any alternatives?

T Brown glad I could help! I love the look of wall mounted clamp racks, but could never justify them, especially when I had a small workshop.

Awesome utilization of space. Only thing I would add is some type of oiled finish (linseed oil or such) just to protect the wood. Might be overkill.....

I thought about it, then I figured it hadn’t had a finish in almost 20 years, so why bother, lol

I love your clamp cart. I currently have all of mine up on a wall in my basement shop (we moved about a year ago, and I had to put them somewhere ... while ALL of my stationary tools were still packed up). I had been planning to make a cart a little similar to your but with a minor difference: it will be square going up, not an "A-frame" I'm making it taller to msome 8' pipe clamps (left over from making a huge dining table), and I had been planning 4 drawers for clamps - but now I'm going to make them slide out "vertical drawers" the way you did. I owe you a gigantic "thank you" for this video.
But you asked question which I will answer with another question... to wit:
    >>> WHO **DOESN'T** SAVE OLD SCREWS, BOLTS, NUTS, WASHERS, etc. ad infinitum?

Thumbs down because you allowed that boy to help with NO SAFETY GLASSES. On top of the fact you wore none the entire time.
