    You are the ONLY ONE who works the triceps correctly, i.e. the arms with the weights in front you by the surface, palms down, then bending the elbows and pushing down, then coming back up to the surface in front!
    A LOT of vids (and unfortunately some certifications) do this move but they say it's for BICEPS.
    It ain't.

    So happy to have found this work out! Is there a list available of all the excercises ( maybe with pics, too?) I'd like to laminate it & bring it to the pool. I won't remember all of this! Thanks so much.

      I recommend upper body workouts from:

    I enjoy water aerobics. I found this is most effective for me. I've been doing by myself at the Y since the pandemic. Do you have any suggestions for following the routine at a public pool? I enjoyed this video for arms.

      Thank you! I suggest buying a small tripod and have your home in the side of the pool while eating and doing the exercises. Wireless headphones are also very useful

    Love to have [2] hr workout for spinal recovery for former athlete working their way back

    This dumbbell workout is great to mix up our routines, and especially helpful to me with an injured foot, so I can still teach without the impact on my foot. I write all the moves down then type them out and laminate them for the class. Thanks from Key Largo
