      와 진짜 저랑 딱 맞ㄴ,ㄴ것 같아요. 근데 나중에 좌우반전으로 다시 해주시면 안됄까요?방향이 큰 상관은 없을 것 같은데 중간에 좀 헷갈려서요

      앗 안그래도 스텔라가 좌우 반전으로 설명하는게 편하다고 했는데😱 제가 강행했거든요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 다음번엔 좌우 방향 안헷갈리도록 보는 방향에서 듣기 편하게 설명드릴게요!

    OMG SHE IS THE BEST.!!!!!!❤❤❤. This is so me. Can't keep up with everything but I finished this with joy. It is 00.06am and I should of not done this workout this late because I NOW I woke up a few neighbours. 🤣 ( sorry). It was so energetic and so much sweating. Sorry guys your loosing me for a bit. I'm doing this workout every day then I'll squeeze in your guys workouts in too. 😁 But first got to make room. The tables are out. Does she have her own channel please let me now. Sorry guys.     I believe Stella is one of the two girls who did the tabata workouts (the ones for belly fat burn and apple peach hip). I loved her there and I'm really happy to see her back in this kickboxing video. ❤️

    I finished the workout until the end! Coach Stella is great. Round 4 is a challenge because of my age. I tried my best to do as I’m able.

    I've been rotating 4 kickboxing videos over the past 3 weeks. OMG. Finally starting to see results with my abs! I also use hand weights during these workouts. PLEASE upload more kickboxing videos with Stella! Love her energy!!

    So glad I logged on when my notification alarm went off this morning! I did this and Ryo is my spirit person. I could get 75-80% of the coordination down but it was a little too fast at some points. Great content as always!

    I love how you start slow and then go full motion! It gives me time to pick up the move properly and learn it! I started off with having no balance to do a sidekick to now, balancing is not even an issue

    지루하지 않고 재밌게 홈트하기에 딱 좋아요
    필라테스나 요가는 유연성이 부족하면 진짜 운동할 맛도 안나고 따라하기 힘든동작들이 대부분이라 요즘은 걷기운동 위주로 했었는데 홈트는 이걸로 딱 정했습니다 !! 👍
