I've been type 1 since 3 yrs old. For 55 years. I've learned a lot and am still learning! There are many things that affect blood sugars besides foods. One big one for me is lack of sleep which causes my sugars to stay high the next day. So, I pop an occasional hemp gummy and get my zzzzzz's. It really helps. No fun being tired the next day with no energy to get up and move. Thanks for the great information you provide!

In 'early signs' I had these two symptoms that were not mentioned. My feet felt like my socks were bunching up in my shoes when they weren't. Also, I had red eyes that felt pain as I looked into the light. Gradual steps would allow me to finally look at the light.
Important video. Chk out insulin resistance signs.🎉🎉 Diet,exercise,avoid junk,processed foods. Great overall synopsis.Ready reckoner✔️👍✌️ I'm not a bank.... Good one😅😅 Thanks🫡
I’d like to know what to do during a flu, because on my Cgm it knocked my good results back a month. A1C went up to. I tried correct the high sugars but it never dropped below 10 during the flu
