Patricia Scow... you really missed out - I met him while in college (BSJC Boise, ID) through a mutual friend who was also into falconry like John... He was everything people thought and then some... I miss his great "spirit" every day!

@@jd-loveistheanswer my friend in college was into falconry and had an eagle - a lot of people didn't know John was into that too, but he had two Golden Eagles... "Shoshoni & Cheyenne" I got to know a side of him most people didn't... - he truly was the same on the inside as what showed on the outside!
@@timnichols2551 My watermark on the videos I post has the image of a heart inside an Eagle. I have lots of his "eagle" photos downloaded offline. Love that he loved them. He said in one of his shows that he would come back as an eagle. We rescued an injured Wedgetail Eagle in Queensland Australia 16 years ago. We named her Spirit and she went to Australia zoo hospital with a broken tail bone. (Hit by a truck we think". She couldn't perch initially. She eventually went to a Raptor rehab centre on the Gold coast. I look at a photo of me with her and always think of John. You never know he may have come back as a female Wedgetail eagle. :).
