The sad truth is that I'm utterly unaware of the tests thrown at me when it happens. It's often the case that when I replay encounters with women in my memory, only THEN do I recognize some remarks as a possible test. In retrospect, those remarks would have triggered thoughts, such as "that's a weird thing to say". And as a result I don't respond at all, I don't respond adequately, or respond way too seriously, while not even kowning for sure how to handle such tests. It's the same with sarcasm: I barely understand it, nor why people like it so much. All this possibly has something to do with my (high functioning) autism. Most subtleties in communication fly way below my radar. Is there a way to train that radar, knowing it will never be as capable as a fully-developed one?

I think it's all about balance. Everyone wants security, but everyone also wants sensitivity. My testing comes out mostly in the form of playfully aggressive banter. She may do little things to make it seem like she isn't interested. But if she isn't blatantly telling you to leave, then that gives you the chance to amp it up to show how much you want her.

I think it's all about balance. Everyone wants security, but everyone also wants sensitivity.
My testing comes out mostly in the form of playfully aggressive banter. I want a man who can take the heat, isn't too proud or insecure in his masculinity to take a joke, but also someone who can tell me off when I take it too far.
This guy I once dated was very emotionally sensitive. Personally and too others. I thought this was great and still do, but it got to be too much. I'm a playfully aggressive woman. I like to call people playful name, have intense banter and TBH, I like getting rough in bed.
