    This seems pretty straight forward and fun. I wonder how much deck building there is to it though. I'd like for it to be pretty involved

    I think at 8:00 you could have gotten in the right position for the bot.

      Yeah, it looks like he made a straight move instead of a diagonal as the first part of the action if I'm reading it correctly.

    I might have missed it but as far as the initiative goes: if there are two values vs. your opponent's one, do you get to choose which value? Example, my card is a 8/2 vs. my opponent's 6. Do I have the choice to pick the 8 or 2?
    Thanks for the gameplay!

      Thanks for watching and for the question. So with cards that have a range of initiative values once both players reveal their cards you will choose your initiative within the range so you could pick any number from 8 to 2. Which will be very important when facing an attack card because defense can only block attacks at the same initiative. Hope this clears it up and I might be doing a live stream next week if you want to see it in action and be able to ask questions;)

    How do u track damage/health

    • @LearntoPlayGames
      @LearntoPlayGames  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are tracked using wound cards each time you are hit you will take one or more wound cards and when you have 5 wounds you are out of the game. Thanks for watching and for the question;)

    This is more a "Let's play"-video rather a "Learn to play"-video. Nevertheless it is interesting.

      Correct, normally I don't do teaching videos for crowdfunding games until the production copy comes in.

    So The attacks are directed randomly and blocks likewise - go in a random direction.
    That's not how a combat looks like...

      Both attacks and defense have specific spaces they will target on each card and only if a figure is in one of those spaces are they hit or block an attack. Thanks for watching and for the question;)

      It's almost like you don't the rules... Because it isn't random.

    You backstep and are "all defense" after *_one_* hit? What a coward... 😁 lol

      Some of it was the cards I had in my hand mid game I had almost all defensive cards, but I also normally will play defensively in games. Thanks for watching and for posting;)
