I did this on my Samsung Dryer heater Coil, and it worked allowing us to use the dryer until the new heater coil arrived. Ordered it on Amazon late Thursday and arrived in my mail box at noon Monday. Had the new heater coil installed and completely reassembled dryer in less than 20 minutes. Easy fix works great.
This doesn't last long, the connected point will heat up more than the rest of the coil and burn the coil at the joint. It's just temporary to get you going over the weekend till you get the original element.

Hi.... ok i can see you join looks good and wont be a problem and wont come undone in any way.... but isnt the electrical "resistance"now changed and it will heat up more than originally?? so example say the original element, its a 5400 watts 240 volts and with the join now,because of the resistance change, due to the wire/element being joined and shorter. it may now be 5600watt or 5700watt.... who know for sure? overheating nearby material?? asking??
Hi battlehrfred thank you for your comment, yes your right the resistance will change and more heat because its size of g.i wire, but i already changed it into original size now i used nichrome wire.
Well technically speaking , if you joined your resistor, to the transistor , and separated the alternator from the battery, it would short out the solenoid, and make the fuel pump, gurgle heat from the wind pipe. If u don’t know what I’m talking about, just look up how to Fuck-start a woman 😂🤣😂🤣

dryer looks like it’s seen better days. probably been a good one though! how long will this trick last and how dangerous is it?
