I filed for a. K1 in November 2018, yes 2018. USCIS and United States counsel located in Juarez Mexico are never in sync. First Juarez said my petition was returned to UCIS., UCIS said it went to Juarez Juarez said UCIS has it. Nothing but problems. Problems were not in petition requirements. Income. multiple flights from the US to Mexico and return , my copies of paid and used airline tickets, proof of relation ship. Juarez has never informed me as to any discrepancy in my petition.

I can hear your video very well. Unfortunately hearing your video won't do anything to make the US embassy in the Philippines start processing k1 visas again anytime soon. My k1 petition is still at the nvc and will remain there until sometime next year most likely. I realize you are unable to do anything about embassies opening back up and it will still take time for k1 visas to get processed once they do.

Attended cousin wedding overseas. and liked a girl, proposal exchange btwn families and agreed to do the marriage. I dont have pics together with my wife, given we r from conservative side of pakistan & there is no dating prior marriage Sorta-Arrange marriage. So in PK we have this ceremony called nikka (which establishes legal document of marriage-tied to national ID) we also have this ceremony done. Shortly, had to catch flight to US. ever since we constantly chat/talk on whatsapp.
My Question is..will t he marriage document be strong enough an evidence? for CR1 spouse visa? or should i file K1. Either way, important thing is we dont get denied because i hear denied cases complicate matters n it can even take decades.. trying to prove stuff. I want my wife with me ASAP.. sucks we have to wait so long, despite the fact we pay taxes to govt n we cant bring our spouse n have to wait 1-2 yrs...sigh

How do I show my evidence from social media , for example a picture i posted with my boyfriend , it has the locatio and date but how phiscally i prove that ?
