Do you need to empty the small reservoir or you just removed some oil to not waste shock oil? I need to do a shock oil and don’t understand where the nitrogen goes and how it working since the oil shouldn’t mix with the nitrogen from what I’ve heard
do you have any information on the tool used at the very beginning. trying to get mine open? How do you bleed off the nitrogen to get the top down to release the clip?
How crazy is it to revalve WE rzr shocks? I got a set for a mini buggy crosskart thing but I’m worried that they’ll be out of spec because of the weight of the machine they’re meant for. Don’t have the money to blow on a full set of shocks meant for exactly what I need because of school
Its not bad at all. Just get your nitrogen, charge kit and a couple specialty tools. Message team rev racing facebook page and I could give you more details
1:30 you hit it with a torch to pop the bubbles? Nice technique
Funny I come across this video again and I'm thinking, wtf is he using the torch for? Old me knew but now me didn't.
Around here ( Canada ) they want $140 for this , total highway robbery
Beautiful

I always remove it.
What tool are you using to refill the shocks with nitrogen?
It is a nitrogen charge kit from Wahl Brothers. I tried to find the link but its not on their website now. I would call them and ask.

I just use the spare needles that I have for my nitrogen charging bottle. I got 100 on amazon for $15
