Curious why not to clean the tubes with a contact cleaner or similar product? Maxima makes Suspension Clean which is specifically for this purpose. Having just completed this job and given how dirty the internals were, swabbing with a rag would not do a very good job. In any case...looking forward to hear as to why not spray the tubes? Thanks!
Where can i get the tool to remove the floating piston and the one to release the nitrogen? Also what fluid where you using on your solvent tank? Id like to clean mine like that. And change the oil. Thanks in advance
I broke the lower shock bolt retainer on the end of the shaft where it bolts to my RR trailing arm. When my Super ATV Boxed Radius rods failed and lower hub let loose twisting my Trailing arm and snapping my shock bolt tab. Can you buy just that bolt tab and is it Threaded on the end of the shock Ram? They are Walker Evan Shocks on a 2018 RZR XP 4 Turbo.
Just for others to see, as I'm sure you've got it handled, that is a IFP removal tool. Or....if you have available, it's just a 1/2x20 thread. I used an 8" 1/2x20 bolt with a jam nut/coupler on the end to thread onto the IFP. Worked great!

I just got some of these exact shocks for a project but the top adjustment collar is stuck. How would you go about fixing it?

so can you just change the ear that bolts up at the bottom of the walker shock

I just got a velocity,and noticed one of the rear shock resivors is not in line so I can't get a limit strap on it.can I turn it to get room?
