Rosanna Steele take a bath and try to relax, something that has helped me a lot is breathing long inhales and exhales..also about feeling tired, try to rest by just closing your eyes if you can't sleep. As for hunger I drink a little bit of Canada Dry in sips, Gatorade and jello as snacks instead of solid food. Don't give up you're almost there!!! 😀 best wishes to you and your baby!

i had my baby oct. 3. 16, i was having Braxton Hicks since the end of July and was 1cm dilated. in August i got to 2cm and Braxton Hicks were stronger but didn't hurt. then towards the end of September (29th) i was 4cm, my doctor told me not to wait to long get to the hospital because was my sixth pregnancy. Then Oct. 2. i took a bath to relax because i was feeling sick, i had diarrhea, my stomach was not right, i wasn't hungry for the previous 3 days but was forcing myself to eat. i couldn't sleep at night. i had chills one night. i started getting my bloody show then i took a bath after i had gotten my kids settled in for bed and my mom was here. as I'm in the tub i felt a weird small gush...i knew if i took a bath it would relax me enough that my body could just let go and get down to business. i was so stressed the previous days. i got out the tub saying i think my water broke age it did. i waited hours to go to the hospital since i was going natural. then i got there and labored a little longer. i got to 9 cm and my doctor was like your water isn't fully broken. she finished breaking it and within 10 minutes i was ready to push. i realized that if my water had fully broken at home i would not have made it to the hospital, lol. i was in labor that whole time at home before my water broke. I'm glad i made it to the hospital, but i did call and let her know my water broke.

I'm going into my fourth time having a child and third C section. It does hurt, but you get through it. The key is not doing extra things that will prevent you from healing normal. I still at times hurt on one side of my C-section scar, but only if the doctor pokes and pushes hard. Im scared a little bit, but I know I will be ok. Pray for me too! I am not due until end of January. lol

I'm 34 weeks pregnant today and had my bloody show yesterday. One of the most terrifying thing ever! I went to the hospital and they said my cervix was still thick and no dilation, but it was soft. I will be taken off of my medicine to stop my contractions at 35 or 36 weeks.

Amy Lee mine are incredibly painful too, sometimes the pain drops me to my knees. Like sharp pain at random times. They come and go all day.

I still at times hurt on one side of my C-section scar, but only if the doctor pokes and pushes hard. Im scared a little bit, but I know I will be ok. Pray for me too! I am not due until end of January. lol
I'm 37 weeks pregnant. Really wondering how the labor goes. I'm very excited to deliver my daughter yet becoming nervous each day. This is my first pregnancy and I pray that everything will run smoothly.
I really liked this video. It made me feel a little bit better. I am 4 days overdue and starting to feel anxious and somewhat frustrated.

I'm 34 weeks pregnant today and had my bloody show yesterday. One of the most terrifying thing ever! I went to the hospital and they said my cervix was still thick and no dilation, but it was soft. I will be taken off of my medicine to stop my contractions at 35 or 36 weeks.
I'm only 6 months but this eased my worrying I've been scared but I'm going in like a champ
