people always trash you for picks and stuff but i gotta say, you played exceptionally well in this game. pretty much perfect quarterbacking and playcalling here, just one play away from a chance for a win. great video btw!
While I think the mockery for picks is all love and in good fun, I agree that this was some really sharp gameplay by Cane. Had a really good gameplay to compensate for the talent gap between UB and a stout Mizzou team. I see some upsets from the Bulls coming this season.
@@Ayeee155strangely enough Cane has always thrived with quarterbacks that are limited passers. He really seems at home in a scaled back offense that doesn’t necessitate anticipation.
@@Ayeee155part of it is All Madden in Madden just makes it ridiculously easy for the AI to come up with picks, and combine that with Canes 3 or 4 bad reads a game and you get the Cane interception memes lol
I like watching his streams because he actually plays competitive games. Some of these streamers take a one star school and go undefeated year one which is totally unrealistic. Like seeing the struggle and the build. You will always be the top guy at this IMO
Gameplay in this game is infinitely more fun than Madden. I don't care that the sliders might not be lower or that he mostly ran screens and dump-off passes, I'm just happy to see an actual passing game on this channel again.
Coach Cain had a great gameplan to use the screen game as an extension of the run and Ogbonna executed very well and had some highlight-worthy scrambles to boot! This week's loss is as good as last week's win was bad lol
26:45 I am genuinely upset that Brogan Froholdt is such a longshot for us, because holy crap, that is an absolutely incredible name for a linebacker. May or may not eventually steal that for a Road To Glory playthrough or something.
CJ Ogbonna is a large man, but he looks positively wilted now. I’m glad to see the end of the game came down to a within fingertips of an overthrown ball, instead of a bad or unnecessary interception. That game was played perfectly, nothing to be ashamed Buffalo!!! You played your hearts out!!!
Man I thought they were going to slap us all up n down the field but our guys kept it competitive and that got me excited! Good play from Ogbonna, #2 and #6 this offense looks pretty solid already.
Definitely would’ve stayed with the RPO/screen game late. You would’ve had to be in hurry up because of the time crunch but with the talent disparity the straight drop back game is always gonna be difficult to overcome. Another great video, looking forward to the rest of the season!
I’m a little late. But Mr.hurricane this is so awesome I’ve watched and supported you for so long, I’m from Buffalo and now finally I get a hometown rebuild from you, Christmas came early for me 😁😁 you’re the best keep it up 👍🏻
Dam! The secondary in this game cannot catch! I’m really enjoying this dynasty rebuild so far! You’re pretty good at the game early on as well! I just found your channel
CJ Ogbonna had a great game. You should definitely scramble with him more often. Also maybe do some Read Option plays. I’m loving the series so far keep it up Cane. I’m playing as the UCLA Bruins in my Dynasty.
Incredible effort, and even as the lead slipped away UB played with poise and still was capable of making plays. Just a slightly better throw away from at least having a shot at tying down the stretch. Nothing to hang your head at
Cain, I love watching your videos you inspired me to do my own dynasty with Texas State. My Team is currently back-to-back National Champions, pulling in top 15 recruiting classes, and is in the SEC dominating thanks for being an inspirational figure
Been a fan for a long time. I think it would be really cool if you made your own top 10 list of your favorite franchise/player modes that you have completed on this channel, and go over notable accomplishments/players for each franchise/player mode that is mentioned in the top 10.
I noticed something incredibly interesting, I had a QB who I mostly throw bombs with and after 3 years his medium and deep accuracy has gone up a ton but his short hasn’t changed, super unique addition to player progression
Cane nailing the timing on the stick routes is a sight to see! love to see the short passing game and the RPOs set up a handful of shots, tough result but super-fun watch EDIT - Gonna miss CJ Ogbana, hope the heir apparent flashes some of the same style
Don’t want to spoil this video for anyone, but besides that, it was great to see this game against Mizzou being close for entertainment purposes but with all due respect, it would’ve been ok for it to not be a super close game but somewhat close. I personally want this series to be challenging because it’s a dynasty rebuild and rebuilds in my opinion are supposed to be a challenge. I will also mention that some sliders like receiver catching could be adjusted since it’ll make the game look a bit more realistic. That’s just my opinion. But besides that, I’m excited to watch this series and hopefully it’ll be a good one.
man holy shit, i remember watching you when i was like 9-10 doing your gopher franchises😭i would sit inside all summer just binge watching. I just bought the game last night and started a gophers franchise and thought of you! glad to see you're still going hard man! Im grown now lol thats insane
Love your channel Cane! Been watching since Raiders dynasty in 2012 or 2013 off and on, my favorite's of yours was always your college content (Minnesota, UTSA, Kalispell), excited to see where this goes! I'm also rebuilding a 1 star school and have found it interesting to say the least but love a challenge! P.S. SKOL VIKINGS!!
My first couple years with UConn I didn’t bother scouting players, instead focusing on trying to get bodies in while my coach leveled up and make scouting easier. I have no idea what I’m doing, but I have managed to get one 4 star 3 years in a row and a bunch of 2-3 stars, so the team is looking pretty good for year 5. Year 4 I’ve been scouting players since the outgoing seniors/needs aren’t in the 20’s, so I can focus on going after quality players vs bodies to replace 29 players on list those transferring away.
This dynasty is going to be amazing. With such fluid gameplay, riveting commentary from Cane, and the college football immersion, we’re set up for a series that we’re going to talk about on Cane’s channel for years to come.
Probably the best QB play I've seen from Cane in 10 years lol that was some pretty gameplay. I would love to see a 4 star prospect on the team next year, but only if the fit is right
If just one of those many dropped picks were caught, I think this would be a Buffalo upset. But even still, this is one of those games you look back on later in life and say, "Yeah, no one believed in us, but we gave them hell."
I think this video and game specifically is a good showing of how this game has its flaws, some bigger than others but generally speaking EA actually got it right. Genuinely haven’t felt this way about a game since NCAA14. Edit: Shoutout Eric Pacheco, he’s from where I currently work! 203 stand up!!
You mentioned it in the Miami hurricane video but make sure to watch out for upsets. The games sim is pretty wild(and it seems it may be patched soon). I had coastal carolina and uab win the natty in year 3 and 4 of my test/early dynasty. I actually went through each team and forced a solid amount of wins (in my new dynasty I just started with southern Georgia) for the bigger schools, although I definitely still left room for upsets. (It took my like an hour, definitely less the two. They have the overall next the team in the team schedule which is really nice)
Hey Cane, just wanted to say I started scouting a 4 star CB to come to Hawaii after my bowl game and he committed so don’t give up on those higher level prospects late in the game. I was shocked on National signing day lol
Day, idk i lost count, of wanting Cane to pick a 1 star school as a coordinator, only play that side of the ball and work his way up to be head coach of bigger schools through the coaching carousel!! Lol
Happy to see you back to ncaa cane!! Have you considered turning the speed differential up? I put mine at 70. There will still be big plays, but they are fewer and feel really rewardjng when they happen.
Cane had a great gameplan to use screens, runs and short passes, you can’t just throw the ball long or in tight windows if you’re going to beat and compete with a top 10 team.
Cane you might want to turn your injuries slider up to 50. I went through two full seasons with my injury slider at 25 and had no players miss games because of injury
Might not have gotten the win but hey we played them tough they had to earn it hoping to see sperling get a chance in the backfield soon and a shoutout to the defense you played a heck of a game who knows maybe if we get those picks this one turns out different
Great gameplan, too bad your offense couldn't finish out the game. Props for putting up a huge fight though. If your offense can play this well every game you will be ahead of schedule.
Gameplay is amazing. But it does appear the sim logic and recruiting needs a TON of work. I don't think there's anything wrong with taking your time with this particular series.
Hey guys! I set up my depth chart by the squad depth I thought was best, primarily by highest overalls per position. However when I play games, some players are starting or getting a lot of playing time that are not top in their position in the depth chart. For example, there is a freshman LE that plays nearly every snap in game at DT, however, when I look at the depth chart that player is not even in my top 10 at DT position. No matter what I am doing there are players playing and players not playing, that do not reflect my custom depth chart. how may this be fixed Both. And the depth chart and changes I make to it in the hub screen, before games, is accurately reflected to my in game depth chart, however, it does not translate to the actual game time and rotation that happens Basically it says my depth is what I've set it at, but it chooses different players to play I different positions that I have not assigned. Like, I have freshman LE that consistently is getting reps at DT over a 88 overall DT??? In my depth chart, in the hub and in game, the LE is wayyyy down on the roster yet still gets his reps over the better plays out of position
I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn’t a 4 interception game Cane 😅
