When you have two green checks you can usually find the hard sell that matches those two and a question mark. Rarely there is a pitch that covers both green checks and another question mark. The more red X’s you have the easier it is to know what the 3rd missing check mark is
I’d say rebuilding your school as long as it’s not a playoff team is the number 1. Like I’m a Kentucky fan and we’ve historically been terrible at football so for me to even make the playoffs would be a success for me.

Instead of just keeping send the house on the Top 5 list. Do soft sells if you know one of their interests. Players with deal breakers are the easiest to find out an interest. I found that that’s the fastest to figure out the interests. And 3 soft sells or a hard sell and a soft sell is way better than just a hard sell. Sway can work on players to get two really good soft sells for 40 hours (6-12 points) vs a hard sell and a soft sell for 60 hours (8-12 points)
Great breakdown on recruiting. I was getting in the 50-60 range for recruiting class with a 1 star school. This will hopefully help propel me into the top 40 and up.

Limit your board to 10 or so recruits at a time. Put max amount of time into stars. Put at least 25 into the lower tier. After week 5-6 you should have commits already. I usually let the computer take over recruiting after this. You can do whatever you want, but this works good for me.
Please rebuild Nevada 🙏! They suck and are a 2 star school and need to beat UNLV after losing to them twice in a row. Pretty sure this is the 5th comment asking for this 🙏
just a tip if you go to the menu scroll all the way to the bottom and go to "players not fully scouted" or "player in need of scholarship" you can offer all of them alot easier and scout them alot easier because when you offer/scout a player it automatically goes to the next player
Another thing to help. Check the dealbreaker for the third checkmark. Sometimes it won’t be checked but the deal breaker will give it away and give you the correct combo

I'm doing a "Build the Next Boise" rebuild with UNLV. Signed 22 3 stars and 1 4 star in my first season. Just hit the pavement hogging the 3 stars from the rest of the mid majors. You'll be dominating the Mountain West/CUSA/Sun Belt in a very short time.
I'm using Louisiana Tech 11-1 in my first year as Head Coach made the New Orleans bowl. #1 ranked rushing defensive in the country. Running Back 35 TD 2,350 rushing yards. Got a 4 star safety committed but that's about it. I lost to bigger schools in recruiting
Send the house should only be used 1 week only when you are going after a player when you aren’t on their board and you have no pipelines. Much more value with dm and family. You learn traits and as soon as they push to top 5 switch to soft sell and schedule visit asap(if you way out in front dont bother with visit). Should have 1/2 interest unlocked at this time. will be 2 options once you know the 2 interests. Soft sell and family give much more value even if you hit 2/3. Next week do hard sell and dm and you pretty much lock players. Really need to pay attention to pace they are signing. Juggle time week to week. Send the house really just speeds up the signing process going from top 8 to 5 to 3 and stresses your points. Hard and soft sell are your most influence. Soft sell and sway can work really well too but that can make for too much thinking/time. Main thing is only go after 10-15 at a time. Start with maybe 15-20. Also stack your visits with complimentary players huge boosts.
Send the house should only be used if you are in a close battle for a recruit and need to stay in the race. Search social media, DM player, and contact friends and family, is going to cost you 10 points less. you will get slightly lower influence but you will get 1 additional preference scouted per week, so you can hard sell sooner. You should only use send the house if you are trying to catch up on a recruit that doesn't have hard sell available yet.
Nice video! Couple things I'll add, sorting the top players by interest level. Get every player you can with you in there top 5 teams and you have a great shot at landing those recruits. Another one is after a few weeks in the season lookup top players with no scholarship offers, offer them and send the house and you're immediately the top team on their list.
I just signed my first player (4star) for USF week 7. So far, I'm pretty happy with how the game is going. I hate that they gave us the same uniform combinations as NCAA 14 with the exception of two helmets.
One tip I would give that you haven't done: Don't offer scholarships unless you are ready to send the house and use a lot of minutes on recruits. I've found that if you offer a scholarship, other schools almost always offer and pull away. Just power scholarships to guys you will go all in on. Then the other guys you didn't offer may not get any attention and you can pursue them once you have commits or the guys you were going after are signed by other schools 👍
Watched this last night, started a new dynasty with UConn and got in the top 50 first year. Not as good as your USF but for a region with little talent, I think I did pretty well. Also never played NCAA 14

When you have two green checks you can usually find the hard sell that matches those two and a question mark. Rarely there is a pitch that covers both green checks and another question mark. The more red X’s you have the easier it is to know what the 3rd missing check mark is
You’re the goat, so happy for the channels progress. You earned it 🙏
Starting with a 1 star school and making them rise to greatness is the only way to play dynasty
I decided to rebuild Arkansas state(I didn’t even realize they existed)
I’d say rebuilding your school as long as it’s not a playoff team is the number 1. Like I’m a Kentucky fan and we’ve historically been terrible at football so for me to even make the playoffs would be a success for me.
@@gamemasteroffun UK is so fun to play with. BVG plays way above his overall and Barion Brown is a cheat code. Dane Key is really good too.
Been having a blast with coastal Carolina. I’d never really done the recruiting thing in ANY game before so learning it has been a blast. I can also feel when I had a bad recruiting class or when I didn’t get a good QB or something lol. My BEST QB prospect ended up being a ridiculous HB who carried my team for a season to a conference championship and a bowl game 😂
Im rebuilding usc and our defense feels like a 1 star school 😂
My fav thing to do is schedule a high start school that sucks (auburn, South Carolina, etc) then put all my visits for that week for major boosts
Very helpful. I got killed in recruiting my first season as Michigan. I was just sending the house and leaving it.
You should also sway to your highest grades. Since your already have proximity to home it should be easy to sway with that one and something else or maybe 2 that you have at A or B. Then hard sell will work so much better bc you’re high grades are aligned with their interests
I’ve watched a lot of videos on this topic and yours is one of the best!!!! Thanks for the help and please keep feeding us content like this with updates if you learn more
Speaking of ways to make recruiting faster, I’d like to be able to clear all previous actions
And apply bulk actions. E.g. send the house for 7 prospects at once.
This 100% works. i didnt know how great it would be but i was at 31. Then in the transfer portal i signe 2 4 stars and multiple 3 stars. Seriously dont put too much into anybody but really good 3-5 stars until somewhere around mid season. And if theyre looking toward the bigger schools like he said drop them. I took 1 star FAU to 3 stars in one season. Scout offer and send the house are your friends and monitor every week. 10/10 Bordeaux
Using Boise State. Finishing the regular season 12-0, I recruited very well. Ranked 19th in the nation on the first season.
Nice any tips
Did you end up in New Mexico Bowl or the Playoff? I’m worried about being stuck in the New a Mexico Bowl at Colorado State lol
Man I’m using them too but I had put them and Notre Dame in the big 12 and played on Heisman I went 7-5. I won the pop tart bowl.😂
@@bigboy6593 it’s the grind
@@joshmiles5235if you’re undefeated as long as you win the conference you should make the playoff
This was so unbelievably helpful. Alot of what u said and showed brought back the riding the bike reflexes I had from all other editions of college football, plus good tricks for the make the pitch and visit schedules! Amazing!(now if I can just figure out the gameplay part of it, I’ll really enjoy this lol-I have a good grasp on what sliders I’m gonna try, though!)
For everyone wondering about team builder it drops July 19th
Whats different from Dynasty and tram builder.
@@dewanewelch1744it just gives you access to create your own school if im correct.

I followed these methods and pulled the 12th best class with Purdue. 15 four star players and 19, 3 star players. This helped a ton, thanks!
This was very helpful Bordeaux I find that finding players that have not been offered towards the end of the season is a snag
That UK jacket crispy
Wow this is helpful. You just helped me learn that you can remove recruiting actions when you don't want them on anymore. I was wondering why i NEVER had any recruiting hours left LOL
Not me taking notes on a sticky note at work
This video was so helpful! I didn’t know you could remove send the house and basically exchange it to hard sell once in the top 5. I’ve missed on so many 4 and 5 stars because recruiting is so hard to figure out
Started with Hawaii and well if you’re looking for a challenge this is it.
Obviously a lot of dealbreakers due to ‘Proximity to home’, but there’s a glitch in the game that makes it that all recruits give it a F grade, even the ones from the state of Hawaii….
What are your pipelines with Hawaii? Hawaii and California?
@@danielgant1879that shouldn’t matter for proximity to home
@@danielgant1879 got a couple weird ones, CA and HI are 2 indeed, i think the others are Tx and 1 or 2 others but not sure which would have to check… CA is also silver the rest is bronze so not even that helpful
It makes it hard, but the challenge is also part of the fun and rewarding to get good classes
I have never played or even watch football but this game is so good that I’m learning how to play and all that, so thank you a lot!
4:23 “Wow, pause” 😂
man after the way my recruiting started i’m GLAD you dropped this video thank you 🐐
Please rebuild Michigan state bro!!!!!!😭🙏
Strongly agree
Yessss
THIS.
MMG did NOT have us covered 😭
Yes
Thanks for this video. I did my first year. I got like four people didn’t understand why I didn’t get more. You answered a lot of questions. Thank you.
Thanks man, I didnt know yoi could remove actions and I was wondering why it said I had no hours when I had more than enough in the top right, didnt know each player also has a max, oh man.. thanks!!
Bro saved me. Im a madden nut and never played NCAA. Now I love it but suck at recruiting and this video is perfect.
3:55 Pat Mama 😭😭
Thanks for this great video. It helped me to a top 31 recruting class in year 1 with Florida International.
I needed this video🤣
Bro makes w basketball vids and is also cooking on CFB
Limit your board to 10 or so recruits at a time. Put max amount of time into stars. Put at least 25 into the lower tier. After week 5-6 you should have commits already. I usually let the computer take over recruiting after this. You can do whatever you want, but this works good for me.
Please rebuild Nevada 🙏! They suck and are a 2 star school and need to beat UNLV after losing to them twice in a row. Pretty sure this is the 5th comment asking for this 🙏
been saying this for a few weeks now, thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Got the 49th best class in my first season with Kennesaw State. Only saw this video on week 5. Very good and useful video / method
46:10 all the Top Four lost their first game after their byes.
That happened in my first season too, wild
just a tip if you go to the menu scroll all the way to the bottom and go to "players not fully scouted" or "player in need of scholarship" you can offer all of them alot easier and scout them alot easier because when you offer/scout a player it automatically goes to the next player
“Too deep in that defensive tackle, can’t pull out now.” Lol
Another thing to help. Check the dealbreaker for the third checkmark. Sometimes it won’t be checked but the deal breaker will give it away and give you the correct combo
I just got Caleb downs from transfer and the #9 overall recruiting class😮💨 my first year in dynasty 😭 go gators 🐊 also got the #1 DT and SS from the portal imo the portal is easier than regular recruiting
Fakeeeee
@@Ace2Trill lmao tf I need to lie for it’s a video game I got proof tho if u care that much lol
Caleb Downs entered the transfer portal in my dynasty amd went to NC State, so it's definitely possible he got him to go to Florida
@@SpidaMonkE92 definitely is possible because I got him lol thought it would be no way I could get him but I did and hes about to help us win a 🏆 😭😮💨
But it’s Florida. Try that with a 2 star school. You flexing with a comment like that is laughable
So using hawaii would not be the move bc the game doesnt give many high star recruits from hawaii
And there’s a bug with Hawaii right now where proximity at home is an F for prospects that are from Hawaii
Can confirm, Hawaii is tough but I like the challenge
really glad I watched this. I've just been sending the house on everyone not realizing I need to do the Hard Sell
Can you rebuild Missouri sometime
Thanks so much for all your videos! I was scratching my head on how to manage individual points with total points. Again thanks a lot!!! ☘☘☘
Is it possible to get someone when your not even in there top 10 to start?
In my one year with UNT that was a no. Even with a pipeline I’d miss the top 5 cut.
i think its possible just INSANELY hard and youll need alot of luck. but im not 100% sure
yes, you just add them to your board and send the house instantly. If nobody else is going after them, or schools aren't pushing hard, you'll make the cut before their top 8
@@BordeauxYT thanks menu merchant
After watching all these videos I started a new save as Alabama just to try and dominate for a decade.
First year I only got the 4th best class, but not bad.
Second year though!!!! 10 5-star recruits. The next highest team has two.
Just finished watching your video and instantly signed six 4 stars.... thank you for the video, you're a legend for this bro
hey Bordeaux, this video helped me so much. I started recruiting 3 and 4 stars along with very few 5 stars. Thank you so much since I was struggling with recruiting 3 stars before this video
Really great helpful video man. I was getting bogged down trying to spread my attention on like 30 guys at once and this cleared things up a lot
Extending schollie earlier gives huge interest boosts as well. Can be the difference you need to land 4/5 stars as small programs.
The best thing I have found while rebuilding, halfway through the season, sort by offers. The players with no offers are more likely to sign with you.
Perfect video and well-timed. This has made dynasty mode so much more enjoyable. Thanks Bordeaux!
The menu merchant always coming in clutch🙏
I'm using Louisiana Tech 11-1 in my first year as Head Coach made the New Orleans bowl. #1 ranked rushing defensive in the country. Running Back 35 TD 2,350 rushing yards. Got a 4 star safety committed but that's about it. I lost to bigger schools in recruiting
Really helpful! I kept send the house on and went from landing the number 1 and 3 recruits to falling to 3rd
Appreciate u doing this video as a non recruiter. And it still look pretty easy
Bro this method works. I’m coaching UCLA and i never used to land 5 star recruits. I just snagged 3 of them following his method
Amazing! Helped me crush recruiting from the start - thank you!
Also stack your visits with complimentary players huge boosts.
this video was so helpful your the goat bourdeaux
Great Video!!! You have helped this old man to understand recruiting... I sub you and also, you are a KY Wildcats fan!!!
My first go at it ended up with 4 commitments when everyone else had 20. Definitely need this tutorial
Recruiting honestly gets so much easier as the season goes on. How often should I be using send the house at some more medium sized schools?
Super in depth video. Awesome job dude 👏
I just signed my first player (4star) for USF week 7. So far, I'm pretty happy with how the game is going. I hate that they gave us the same uniform combinations as NCAA 14 with the exception of two helmets.
Love this video, very detailed. Taught me alot and now i want to play dynasty even more.
This video was thoroughly made and appreciated! 💪🏾
Outstanding deep dive. We’re on our way now!
Watched this last night, started a new dynasty with UConn and got in the top 50 first year. Not as good as your USF but for a region with little talent, I think I did pretty well. Also never played NCAA 14
I enjoy your videos, u helped me go from a class of 8 commits with only 3 stars to a class of 31 with 19 4 stars and 3 5 stars…
very helpful, getting the game friday, very helpful for my streaming, thank you @BordeauxYT @MoreBordeaux !!
