I think this is the hidden "???" car. But the final version of the game changed to a ghost of your car with maximum tuning. And yet they didnt have the chance to use a blue S30 Z for the final boss.....

Im sorry to say this, but that audio bug happens on some revisions of real ps2 hardware too.
