Disappointing results!/What am I doing wrong!/60 days into my 90 day carnivore diet experiment!

  • I'm 60 days into my carnivore diet experiment and it just doesn't seem to be working for me! Why is it not working!! It's very disappointing and discouraging! I have 30 days left until my birthday, so I'm going to refocus and give it a 100% until April 2nd!! No time to waste!!

    Keep on it Kenny!!! Everyone's body works differently! There's people out there that can't exercise like you!!! Keep up the good work!!!

      I'm definitely gonna keep moving forward brother! You're right. Everyone is different and I need to quit whining, appreciate that I'm able to still exercise and stay after it!!

      Appreciate my friend! Bottom line is I have to take some of my own advice, quit whining and keep moving forward! You'll get there too brother! Keep grinding!!💪

    I’d like to see what you’re eating and in between the cheats what’s the duration. I was drinking La Croix and that stalls. Just coffee, tea or plain water for me

      When I've strayed off the program, it wasn't crazy. The main things I eat are eggs, bacon, ground beef, chicken (mainly dark meat), sausage, pork and steak. Steaks are pretty pricey so I don't eat those as often. I will use cheese and sour cream occasionally, but that's basically what I'm eating.
      I have had some sugar free drinks here and there, but for the most part it's been water.
