Boxing Training Robinson-Neal Boxing Academy

The kid we sparred was the 2024 SC Goldens Gloves Champion. We was suppose to do light sparring but the kid at the gym was trying to protect the gym name and his reputation. Overall we still done well. We did not expect the training to be a competition. I can understand on the other hand as I have done the same as an active fighter. We will be going back but this time we will pick up the intensity. We was fighting at crawl speed. Next time will be sprint full competition speed.
