SO incredibly valuable, and not something you hear much at all, if at all. Thank you!!
Glad it was helpful!

Its old news
@@Kapojos Is New News Good?
You have given a demonstration and breakdown of the flow of boxing better than anyone in person or on TH-cam that I’ve ever encountered. “I had to subscribe after hearing and seeing this!”👍🏽
True story.
Same
This is a very important part of boxing. This whole concept that's being taught has helped me tremendously, this understanding has made me a better combo puncher, because i know what punches and movement follow , and when it comes to defense, this concept has put me a step ahead because i have an understanding of what my opponents options are and i can pick up his rythem and/or catch him on his off rythem. This is a very important lesson in this video. What i like is how this man also clearly explains this and i box and teach and train too, and this lesson is actully something im trying to get one of my guys to get. Im going to show this video because once he understands this i can teach him so much stuff from this.
For those out there learning this video is a game changer once you understand this concept. Learn this its crucial
(Even Tom Yankello talks about this, everything is east and west, its a simple concept with many benefits)
Thanks for your comment man really appreciate it, glad it will help out your guys too!
This is amazing advice for any boxers and especially people new to boxing
I love how he talks about it so basically and doesn’t stop to think or say uhhh and just gets straight to the point
That didn’t come naturally believe me 😂
@@hybridwarriortraining Lmao 😂 do you have a script that you follow or do you just record and start teaching with no script?
wow im a 39 year old boxer starting the basics ive trained everyday 60 day streak i love boxing and this video answered a question i didnt know how to ask ... wow im amazed
Mr Miyagi taught us this as kids. The drum technique
To achieve a very flow way to strike is not sparring super hard 100% every single session, otherwise we are always afraid to try the full set of our skills because we can be hit hard, now many UFC champions nearly skip striking sparring and do other exercises, as GSP said " i saw too many fighters leaving the half of their carreer in the gym"
what a great teacher! couldn't have said it any better
I have been looking for this video for so long! Finally someone who explains the actual important stuff
Extremely helpful!!! Thank you!!
Glad YT recommended this video. Great lessons and clearly explained. Thanks!
Instant sub. I already knew this but haven't seen it on others channels, surprisingly because its one of the most important things in boxing.. You are also very clear and wise in your teachings. Thanks for the video and keep it up!
Incredibly well explained! Thank you!
Great vid. Picking up the boxing again after not fighting since 2018. Feel like I'll be the best I've ever been due to these kind of training and logical/mindful tips.
This is the fighting content I've been looking for for years. Most fight channels teach nothing. Subscribed!!
You are THE *MAN!*
Proud new subscriber 👍
Thank you.
One of the best videos of boxing fundamental movement I have ever seen. Fantastic!
I agree this is amazing
This is something I thought everyone knew since it was one of the first things I was taught in my Choi Li Fut training. We call it the "washing machine" kind of action. Every punch/kick/knee/elbow should make you end up in a position which allows you to whip your torso in service of your next trike.
When you are aware of this kind of action then you can see quickly, like how you showed in your video, that a jab can flow into a cross, and then duck down for a left uppercut, back to cross, then an outside crescent kick, whatever you want. It's truly a beautiful feeling when you incorporate it successfully. It takes a bit of practice but when you're thinking of your torso whipping, it's far more intuitive to chain all kinds of strikes together.
Great video man!
Well done! ❤ I will follow! Thank you
Thank you. Good advice.
Perfectly explained for us. Thank you
The way you explain things is like no other, every video I've seen so far I've learnt how to fix something that has always held me back over the years... Much love
This is so awesome! Thanks a lot for such a great and valuable advice!
Welcome to Season 2 boys - more value, longer videos, same simple but concise advice 😎
Thank you new in the gym and new subscriber as well
Thanks for the encouragement!
No problem
Thank you so much for your video and sharing the boxing knowledge!
Excellent video mate!! One of the best I’ve seen in a long while. Extremely valuable lessons. 👏 👏
Thanks bro this video is extremely helpful even to people who knows a little bit about the skill and art of boxing Awesome video stay blessed
New to boxing - always admired and been interested but never focussed on learning about it until now. This channel’s a goldmine of information, simply explained by someone that can walk the walk. New sub. 👍
This is awesome and I think you could make another video of two going over this topic again in further detail. Extremely useful. This changed the way i looked at my movement as a muay thai novice. Thanks.
You explain boxing so well 👏 keep up the great content
This is by far the best video i have seen regarding boxing.
Solid video brother!!!
This is great. Thank you for the video
Wow, this channel is doing really well for only having so few videos. This is a great sign. 👍
Much luv ❤❤❤
👊🏻👊🏻
First vid I've seen with this channel and I'm so glad I did. Subscribed before the vid was over. Thanks for sharing your knowledge kind sir!
Never heard someone explain shadow boxing like that. This is great!
Thanks man, very useful advice.
amazing video, you tell us the truth of boxing, wonderful
Well explained. Helped me a lot thank you for your lessons sir
Thank you a million for your help and work. ❤
No problem, what kind of videos would you like to see in the future?
Great channel mate
Thank you very much
Great demonstration
Awesome video!!!
Commenting four or more words just so this channel algorithms. You rock, dude
I seriously think that you seriously thought through about this for the audience. It was so good. The cuts in edit are actually proofs that you had bulletins of subject to talk about. I don't know what to say. You made me subscribe through 1 single video. Keep it up with brilliant videos like this...👍🏻 What are you? The best tutor/teacher or whatever..? This was so intuitive...
Appreciate your comment man means a lot!
Thank you.
Breathing,,, Movement & Relaxation.
Do you think we should make a video on breathing?
@@hybridwarriortraining Definitely so. 👊💥
thank you 😍😍😍
Thank you first time hearing this 🙏
Great video mate
This was sharp bro 💪🏽💪🏽
Liked. Subscribed. Saved. Amazing clarity - thank you!
Awesome, thank you!
Can you cover how to move your feet while moving backwards?
Can do bro!
@@hybridwarriortraining I appreciate your positive response! You've gained a loyal sub of this channel. Thank you :)
Thanks for subbing bro, in fact you can check out our ultimate footwork tutorial and you might learn something there ( it was a couple of videos ago have a look on our channel)
In essence you push off the front and do a kinda jump back, be sure to keep your feet the same distance apart so you end up still in your boxing stance
I kinda figured this out by myself... I have to say yo giving the tips to start thinking about it and then start doing it is just gold... Thanks for your effort
Cheers man appreciate your comment
Thx bro you got good short content man...greeting from down under 🥊
Thanks, Coach. This is great content. Slips have virtually the same mechanics and weight transfer as punches, only without the punch.
Very good videos, always clear and direct, and not assuming that everyone is a gifted athlete.
Thank you bro! We ALL begin(ners) at somepoint
I would love it if you could tell us specific sequences of movements of this flow for offence into defence and vice versa love the channel your killing it!
Would anybody else be interested in this? (like this comment if so)
This was excellent. Clearly explained and demonstrated, in a great pace. Thank you so much. This channel deserves a LOT more views, and you’ll get them if you keep up this good work.
All the best!
Thanks bro!!!
good tips, thank you!

This is quality information brother, and I love how right to the point you are. You have earned a subscriber
I appreciate that!
Frikking awesome 🙌
Im a Kyokushin guy (recently started with my dream - Karate and love it)
And im sure, knowing some boxing technics can only help me, as Sosai Mas Oyama also was a Boxer, from the beginning!
Thank you so much for this, and you just got a New Subscriber 👍
The thumbnail made me think it said "Stop raging to punches" 😂
Nice video great explanation 👍🏽
thanks coach 🥊
You’re welcome broski!
Some of the examples can help me with my punching game in Muay Thai, and the principles shown can help me think how to practice flows integrating kicks and knees
Brother I was just like communicating this concept myself in my head recently it’s crazy like you took it right out my mind 😂😂😂🔥🔥🔥
Hahah that’s class 🤣
Would there be anything you’d add?
the basics coach 👍
👍💥🥊🔥👊thank you!!!
Your good bro , great tips again and ind of the very few people in youtube that actually has good technique
Thank you my man!
learned this a long time ago but never fully realized what I actually learned. Great video
Thanks man! Any other videos you'd like to see in the future?
@@hybridwarriortraining Don't have any ideas but if you could make something to help me with closing the distance quickly and safely against rangy boxers with good straight shots. Maybe like feint setups and footwork stuff to go with it if they back away.
I can look at doing that for sure will all be stuff coming out over the next few months bro. If you’re interested we have a skool community that’s free where I can review your technique, the link is on our channel page 👍🏼
That was a measured demo mate. Many thanks
No problem 👍
Thank you
Thank you mate
No problem
Thanks Mate!
No worries!
@@hybridwarriortraining keep going! Your content is awesome :)
As a not native in english, this was very easy to follow, thank you!
Remember me when you get to 1. Mio followers bro!! Such a great channel👏👏👏
Well stated and right on point. "A moving target is hard to hit." Applies in all forms of combat be it sparring in the club or fighting on the modern battlefield. Been there, done that.
thanks very much
Excelente ! Parabéns... 🇧🇷
Amazing, sir, thank you! Could you please suggest some shadow boxing drills to practice these fundamentals...liked and subscribed.
Really appreciated the video, your calm yet very clear style of teaching is impressive!
Good stuff
great video 👌
Long ago i had this problem , when i stepped in to fight i forgot everything i practiced and learned, like i was hanged.if they put more effort on teaching this way no one will forget what to do without need for thinking to remember.
Could you do a video on the pros cons and strategies of a taller boxer with a shorter reach? This vid has helped a lot btw
Would anybody else be interested in this video? (like this comment)
This reminds me of the way Freddie Pendleton oscillated from left to right while punching and/or slipping, rolling, and ducking incoming punches while boxing!!!
I do boxing moves on the punch bag for cardio and core density, i also use my hips when punching and tense my abs, it really burns! But feels great.
Nice video.
Also if you do get hit use that momentum as well, say you get hit with a left hook, you can use the force pushing you to the left with some added force from you, to throw a really strong right hook to the body
This solo drill is 🔥 Fundamentals win fights kids! You always know who coach is cuz he's the one beating the breaks off the big scary looking guys with day 1 techniques
When standing still, this works for a bit but becomes predictable, especially if kicks or grappling are involved. When you add in some good footwork you can put together good combos that don't follow the left-right-left scheme, like the jab lead hook with a pivot step on the lead leg.
Awesome lesson. Could u make a shadowbox routine that implements all of this?
Mmmmm maybe bro!
Exactly what I need after a KO that made me reconsiderate my approach of this art (too much swagger from TKD proficiency, ouch > humbled, "Everyone has a plan until...").
