This is a very important part of boxing. This whole concept that's being taught has helped me tremendously, this understanding has made me a better combo puncher, because i know what punches and movement follow , and when it comes to defense, this concept has put me a step ahead because i have an understanding of what my opponents options are and i can pick up his rythem and/or catch him on his off rythem. This is a very important lesson in this video. What i like is how this man also clearly explains this and i box and teach and train too, and this lesson is actully something im trying to get one of my guys to get. Im going to show this video because once he understands this i can teach him so much stuff from this.
For those out there learning this video is a game changer once you understand this concept. Learn this its crucial
(Even Tom Yankello talks about this, everything is east and west, its a simple concept with many benefits)

To achieve a very flow way to strike is not sparring super hard 100% every single session, otherwise we are always afraid to try the full set of our skills because we can be hit hard, now many UFC champions nearly skip striking sparring and do other exercises, as GSP said " i saw too many fighters leaving the half of their carreer in the gym"

This is something I thought everyone knew since it was one of the first things I was taught in my Choi Li Fut training. We call it the "washing machine" kind of action. Every punch/kick/knee/elbow should make you end up in a position which allows you to whip your torso in service of your next trike.
When you are aware of this kind of action then you can see quickly, like how you showed in your video, that a jab can flow into a cross, and then duck down for a left uppercut, back to cross, then an outside crescent kick, whatever you want. It's truly a beautiful feeling when you incorporate it successfully. It takes a bit of practice but when you're thinking of your torso whipping, it's far more intuitive to chain all kinds of strikes together.
    Great video man!

When standing still, this works for a bit but becomes predictable, especially if kicks or grappling are involved. When you add in some good footwork you can put together good combos that don't follow the left-right-left scheme, like the jab lead hook with a pivot step on the lead leg.
