Amazing! Drilling the holes for the balusters seems the scariest to me. Love the way you explain and show everything and the tips you give like using clamps and block of wood for extra hands.

The closed off stairs made the area feel closed off. The transformation with opening it up with the rails made the area seem much bigger. Seeing through made a huge impact. You are super talented! Bravooooo!!

You did a very nice job. I'm a contractor in New England. There is one problem still railings. Need to be continuous. which means one of those railings needs to go from the bottom of the stairs to the top of the stairs uninterrupted so they can't tie into the wall like they do one of them needs to go all the way up. I just dealt with this and I overlooked it myself
Hi, building codes are different in different areas. Where I live, it’s required that the handrail tie into the wall like that.
