      i'm not sure if its in the abridged version but i saw that clip in fan favorites 4 extended edition so it is in there somewhere

    I work in a medical office and we have had *A LOT* of sinus infections this year due to how warm the winter was. As we didn't get a good freeze, the pollen never really went away.

    I like smoothies for breakfast! Or pancakes. Pancakes are great with self-raising flour! I use 1 egg, 1 banana, a little bit of sugar, and mash them all together. Then I usually add some peanut butter. Then like maybe 2-3 tbsp of self-raising flour, and cook! It's so good! Very fluffy.

    Best breakfast food is definitely bacon, but since you can't really just make a whole meal out of it, I generally like having eggs and some kind of vegetable that I cook with the eggs, usually mushrooms and onion.

    Breakfast food is my favourite food and my favourite breakfast food is generally hash browns. In the UK, we mostly get them shaped into those triangle shapes (unless you buy a McDonald's one or something, but that's still shaped). I really like the loose grated ones that seem to be common in the States though. When I went to Florida, we went to a breakfast buffet (heaven) a few times and there was this thing that was hash brown potatoes and melted cheese, and that was usually most of my plate. Also a big fan of scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, and sausage (in patty form, like McDonald's ones again).
    Unfortunately I usually only have time for a coffee and some fruit or yoghurt, maybe some toast (I suppose these options are better really), but I'm always wanting breakfast foods D:

    Mal went from "I want pancakes" to "I love french toast" just like that, granted a lot of time had probably passed but that was pretty funny to me.

    Thanks to this vlog, I am bound and determined to go have breakfast somewhere tomorrow. I'm cursed with a woefully small appetite (leftovers are my life), so I often have to choose between pancakes and hashbrowns/latkes despite wanting both.

    My favorite breakfast food are breakfast burritos. Specifically the ones with bacon, eggs, green onion, peppers and salsa. I love tortillas and the spiciness of the salsa in the morning really wakes you up.

    Mal. I can see a marked improvement over time. you keep getting better and better! We're trying to lose weight, too. Everything says a good healthy breakfast has eggs or avocados.... both of which I'm allergic too. I enjoy cottage cheese with cherry tomatos.

    When I get ear infections I heat some hydrogen peroxide in the microwave (do not overheat you can burn your ear) and pour it into my ears while I lay on my side. I usually massage around the ear to allow the liquid to work its magic. I keep it in until the bubbling stops then pour it out. It really works and pretty instantly!

    I don't usually like to comment on other people's diets but 1500 calories for a man who's like 6'5 is very, very minimal

      yeah, that's bare minimum, Stephen could probably easily increase his calories and still lose weight.

    At least you're just resilient to the antibiotics- Last time I had an ear infection, i took penicillin, which resulted in a full body rash. Guess who's allergic to penicillin.

    Eggs is always good for you, they're calorie count isn't too bad and they are high in protein, I usually do a fried egg or two and a English muffin, that's not too many calories right there.

    Chickens in Europe are often force fed antibiotics to stay healthy so many people who eat chicken a lor get resistant. Maybe it's happening in US too?

    There is French Toast and then there is French toast made with blueberries or raspberries and half teaspoon on cinnamon. Mal should try and buy that fruit bread and add the cinnamon to it. Granted you don't hate the 2 fruits. I d think Stephen said he doesn't care for it much. 😐 I just love French Toast bread when made with either of the 2 fruits. As becomes more sweet bonus flavor.😍Oh as maple syrup is better, to me than plain syrup. Add some good hot chocolate.😎

    I usually toast. Every day XD;; It used to be two waffles every morning, now it's two pieces of toast every morning with milk. I worry that bread isn't the best thing for you but I always get seven grain wheat so maybe that's okay...?

    1500 doesn't seem like a ton of calories for your size (height wise). I have 1650 with the same app, and I know it sometimes isn't fully filling. I feel like that's very restrictive.

    Stephen, you are a big guy, you probably need more than 1500 calories. You'd probably be okay with at least 1800-1900. I mean, at 1500, you'll survive, but you'll be super tired. And if you're anything like me, you'll end up hating the world and everything in it.

    Holy 1500 calories for you wow. I'm a 5'2 female and I range approx 1700-2100 cals. But I also work out 5 days a week. But still as a male you should be at least 2000 cals per day.

    OMG, you can eat 200 more calories and still lose weight!! I'm 4'11 and that's what the app told me to eat and I was able to lose 10lbs. I don't​ think it's healthy (and probably miserable) to cut down that much for your size. If dieting is not positive then it'll make the entire process suck ;_;
    For breakfast I like to have oatmeal topped with nuts, fruits and peanut butter. Or I'll have avocado, eggs, spinach (3 cups is 20 calories!!) cheese and toast. Then I pair it with a homemade protien shake, I recommend you getting a jar of protein powder! Drinking tea with ginger or other roots help curve your​appetite without taking scary pills. Also.... working out means more food :D
    We have a similar work pattern, super busy and at home a lot. Squeezing in gym time is hard, but you can do simple work outs at your house! Trust me... even if it is 25 squats every other day it will still help...

    I'm surprised MyFitnessPal only gives you 1500cal Stephen? I'm an averaged height female and it gives me 1200; I feel as though the height and gender difference should provide you a few more? I have to walk an hour every day and there are days when I feel as though the MyFitnessPal estimate is a little on the low side!

    I find that counting calories is by far the worst way to try and lose weight.
    Don't think healthy, eat as much as you want, and just cut out bread and sugar. I guarantee that you will lose at least 5 pounds
