Hi. If you can't find one with a kitchen immediately, one option would be to get a private room in a hostel. Some hostels allow weekly or monthly stay. Some hostels have a common kitchen + fridge & they allow cooking. This may help tide you over while looking for a more permanent place. That's what "Nan with a backpack" did - stayed in a hostel. (but I don't know if it had a kitchen - she transferred to an apartment later on)
Wow -- that is cheap. --- I see the value and if you rented long term - maybe we could negotiate buying a fridge & microwave for the room so as to eat some occasionally & add a smart TV for streaming. -- An elevator would be nice for carrying things to the room. --- Maybe there are some other places a little nicer with elevators & security for only a little more money - also in a good location ? Perhaps closer to $80 or $100 ?
