I think 120 a month it should have the kitchen finished with stove and fridge. Nothing fancy but functional. Top apartment shouldnt be more than 250 a month opinion.
Didn't like first room. No furniture & drab, especially outside. Big place for $400. Very nice, but electric rate is too high!!! You show a lot of places of different variety. Keep it coming, your doing a good job. Look forward to more. 👍🇰🇭

I don't understand why they put windows from the bedrooms into the kitchen and living room. It would totally put me off even though they are so cheap.
