Thank you! This lock is not the easiest to gut and given the little space in it, I'm not sure if you'd be able to do much... Maybe some counter/over milling, couple of tapered pins - but that is all I can think of. That said, some challenge lock makers have ideas that must come directly from hell , so take my words with a grain of salt😅
