Best part about this is that your cells probably were depending on glycolysis during this challenge because you weren't breathing properly while reciting the steps. 😂

Yes, it does. But when you're exercising heavily and not getting proper oxygen, your body relies more on glycolysis only. This is why your muscles hurt after heavy exercise, from the lactic acid build-up.

glycolysis occurs regardless you getting proper oxygen or not and lactic acid build up is from anaerobic respiration that occurs after glycolysis

maybe just add the steps at the top of the screen so we can visually see the steps. Otherwise, this is terrific.
