This was amazing, thank you. I will soon be getting some spinal surgery and I'm doing some research and you've explained thing pretty clearly to me, although I will go through it again for more clarification. I've had some spinal damage from birth, but watching this post has made me understand why I have some issues and I'm amazed with after more than 50 years I can understand why I can't do certain things. Amazing. Whole career had A&P instructors who only used PowerPoint. Really great to see someone demonstrate mastery while quickly explaining how things work. In some classes this could take 3-4 hours and would be explained worse than you did here.
I'm a novice, but this young man certainly seems to me to demonstrate mastery.
