The fact that Vision is starting to get worried himself, shows how much Wanda is going crazy. I know it's his corpse, but since she's controlling him, it's like Vision is the part of her that knows this is all wrong. Vision is the only real anchor to reality, but Wanda is fighting so hard not to accept it. The things she'll do to be happy makes me pity her, and freaking terrifies me.

I don't think it's 'control' as it is recreating the reality of Vision without his memory. She loves Vision and wants him as he was, but she can't let him know his past, because Vision would not accept what she's doing, especially to the people of Westview. My theory, Vision maybe the one thing that stops her. As far as stages of grief, Wanda seems to be stuck in bargaining (creating a fake reality to help keep Vision), and unless Vision himself tells Wanda "Thanos killed me, I'm dead, you need to accept it" she can't move on; we saw what happened when Pietro and Ultron were named dropped and Wanda flipped; Vision has to be the one to remind her.
Its funny how Wanda throws her through three walls so when she hits the edge of town she "breaks the 4th wall" and exits the tv world to return to reality.

@@icedog1588 probably because of the mind stone. The mind stone practically still exists in wanda's power. Visions "soul" basically made out from the mind stone and jarvis memories, perhaps his gaining back his consciousness through her power.
I love how unsure we are of this show, the fact that we think Wanda is using vision’s corpse instead of her imagining it shows how messed up we think but how unpredictable this show is
Well why would she be imagining it? The facts all line up, Vision was last seen dead, no stone in his head and prior to that couldnt phase shift anymore. Yet this show is 3 weeks after Wanda returned from the snap, obviously in grief. So it points to reason that she's imagining him as real, phasing and running super speed, which is new for vision too. So she could be getting over both Pietro's and Visions death in the same twisted way
I love how everyone, myself included, recoil and are horrified by what in reality is just a broken machine, but because we all love vision and know the character so well we see it as his corpse. it shows that we all dont see that divide of man and machine with him. I think that if there was any question as to whether Marvel can pull off a horror movie in Dr. Strange In the Multiverse of Madness, this shot says it all. Marvel can do horror really well by simply reminding us that horror for many is rooted in tragedy. Seeing him like that reminded me of his death, twice...lol and it scared the hell out of me when I saw that. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Marvel knows how to tell a story.

I guarantee when this is all over it’s going to be crushing - not only for Wanda but us as the audience too. You have to constantly remind yourself that Vision is really dead, everything they share in the show is technically not happening. She’s so out of touch with reality that she’s completely forgot her lover is dead and she had to be reminded, as did we. Vision is also so heavy under this illusion that he doesn’t even know he’s dead. Like I said, towards the conclusion there’s a high chance everyone will be breaking down crying when all the shit sees the sun. She loved him so much and they were so crazy about each other, they were literally a part of each other.

Since she now knows deep down what is really standing beside her... Also, it's obvious there's more to this than just Wanda having issues.

I think it’s Wanda losing control of her abilities due to her grief of losing vision. Then her abilities are affecting the multiverse due to the CMBR readings from her powers. Then the aftermath of Multiverse of Madness will result in the birth of the Mutant race

People are talking about a theory , Tyler, the S.W.O.R.D director said that they lost half the astronaut crew on the "Blip" (Thanos snap as we know) maybe the Fantastic Four came back with Hulk snap...they are confused by the whole situation, as the people at the opening scene from this episode....and got caught by the solar flares ... that would save time on the F4 movie...in regards of telling a origin story all over again.
I think he's alive. Remember during the battle in Wakanda they were trying to disconnect the mind-stone from his brain so it could be removed and still leave Vision viable. They only got halfway before it was torn out of his head but I'm guessing that he has been revived/rebooted in some damaged way.
So since the rope that was attached to the suit guy turned into a jump rope and they were able to just take away from Wanda's radios without turning back.. If Vision goes out... he'll be alive and.. the stone is there..
Imagine a montage of wanda facing the reality of the situation and it's shots of pervious episodes with dead vision instead would be fucked up just a shot of her blank face tears rolling down and flashes of dead vision at the talent show holding the baby and sitting in front of the TV together
The ads reference to Wanda's memories, Hydra gave her powers so that's why its there. I think Wanda is responsible for everything but there is still some force that wants to take advantage of this situation.

I loved it, although I am probably a bit morbid because I saw it and was like "Haaa... I like that." As my Dad nods in agreement. Loved how dark it was.
This really plays into the comic Wanda's former mental instability. The trauma of losing both her brother and Vision could be the elements causing her to slowly unravel. That's the last thing the MCU needs from a person who can literally alter reality itself.

I know it's a long shot but I really hope that they follow the "House of M" storyline and introduce the X-Men into the MCU
They won’t introduce the x men yet. I know there doing the fantastic four though.

Kinda like how the agents of shield season two finale introduced inhumans worldwide with the terrigen being released into the ecosystem. The CMBR radiation from wanda’s powers can birth the mutant race

@@247Lilboy Yeah I'm completely with you on this. I mean this series is absolutely is based off "Vision and the Scarlett Witch" and will no doubt lead into a "House of M" type of story. I'm pretty excited to see how they put the story together in the series.
What's funny is until everyone else said that she was probably reanimating his dead body, I thought the scene of dead Vision was actually a momentary PTSD flashback for Wanda.

I feel like the scene was more just Wanda being reminded of her trauma and everything she’s lost, rather than her controlling visions dead body. She was just reminded of Pietro and ultron, then kicks Monica out and has sort of been snapped out of this perfect world. She sees vision and is like holy shit he’s dead but it’s more just in her head not that it’s actually just visions dead body being moved around. You know?

I think it’s Wanda losing control of her abilities due to her grief of losing vision. Then her abilities are affecting the multiverse due to the CMBR readings from her powers. Then the aftermath of Multiverse of Madness will result in the birth of the Mutant race

People are talking about a theory , Tyler, the S.W.O.R.D director said that they lost half the astronaut crew on the "Blip" (Thanos snap as we know) maybe the Fantastic Four came back with Hulk snap...they are confused by the whole situation, as the people at the opening scene from this episode....and got caught by the solar flares ... that would save time on the F4 movie...in regards of telling a origin story all over again.

I think he's alive. Remember during the battle in Wakanda they were trying to disconnect the mind-stone from his brain so it could be removed and still leave Vision viable. They only got halfway before it was torn out of his head but I'm guessing that he has been revived/rebooted in some damaged way.

So since the rope that was attached to the suit guy turned into a jump rope and they were able to just take away from Wanda's radios without turning back..

I think it's Hydra controller Wanda I mean during the commercial for the wristwatch you see on the watch Hydra.
The ads reference to Wanda's memories, Hydra gave her powers so that's why its there. I think Wanda is responsible for everything but there is still some force that wants to take advantage of this situation.

I honestly can't help but feel sorry for her. She's had so much taken away from her that all she wants is a happy normal life for once. And you can see her reality is coming back to bite her in the ass, and she's slowly losing her mind. And it's only going to get worse since Vision isn't really alive and her kids don't really exist.

I jumped when I first watched that moment with Vision, I wasn't expecting that!
I loved it, although I am probably a bit morbid because I saw it and was like "Haaa... I like that." As my Dad nods in agreement. Loved how dark it was.
This really plays into the comic Wanda's former mental instability. The trauma of losing both her brother and Vision could be the elements causing her to slowly unravel. That's the last thing the MCU needs from a person who can literally alter reality itself.
